Biltong St Marcus Anmeldelser

I have purchased items from different SA stores in the past, but since finding Biltong St Marcus, this is the only one I use. Good range of products. Products are always fresh, delivery super fast and fair pricing. What more could you want? Love the homemade rusks too!

Right product, prompt delivery.

Fantastic product - their biltong is the best I've tried in this country!
Service was great too - next day delivery was very helpful!

Five Stars – Service Beyond Expectation
What started as a simple order turned into something truly special, thanks to St Marcus South African Shop.
Living on the opposite side of the world, I wanted to send something meaningful to my mom, who is in a care home. Like many people in that situation, you hope for the best—but you don’t always expect a business to step outside the usual transaction. St Marcus did exactly that… and more.
Not only did they prepare the goodies beautifully, but they went the extra mile in a way that genuinely touched my heart—they ensured that the delivery was made personally to my mother. That small but incredibly significant gesture turned a gift into a moment of connection, comfort, and joy for her.
This wasn’t just customer service. This was human kindness.
In a world where so much is automated and impersonal, St Marcus reminded me what true service looks like: care, attention, and a willingness to make something special happen for someone they’ve never even met.
They didn’t just fulfill an order—they created an experience, bridged a distance, and brought a smile to someone who needed it.
For that, they haven’t just earned a loyal customer—they’ve made a friend.
I will absolutely be ordering again for future special occasions—and regularly beyond that. If you’re looking for a business that genuinely cares and delivers more than expected, look no further.
Highly recommended.

I have given 5 stars as may not be the stores fault but maybe through exporting. All the items were perfect and fresh except the sweetie pie marshmallow easter chocolate. All of them when opened even when placed in fridge they were oily and the chocolate fell apart, didn't taste quite the same.
But that won't stop me from buying from this store again, just won't purchase the sweetie pies. The box still came quickly even though had a detour to Cambridge for some reason but was notified so all good 👍

Great product as usual and delivers on time!

Products were packaged well and looked as displayed ..wish there were promotional offers to go with products . But I throughly enjoyed everything I got..Am hoping to order more soon.

Great company with excellent products and the staff are very helpful

So very easy to order and if there is a problem they phone and tell you, which I appreciate.
Also it takes no time to send the order out which I find so unusual these days.

The products are expensive and you have to buy a lot to qualify for free shipping. But it’s nice.

Biltong is spot on.
Droewors however needs to be a bit dryer on the outside and softer in the middle.

Excellent delivery and easy to use website. And biltong and droewors super with excellent flavour

First time buying and certainly not the last!! Managed to finally find a supplier in the uk that stocks Judy’s pickled onions!!
Excellent service and super quick delivery

Great communication from the team. It didn’t quite arrive during the time presented on the website but it came with all the products I expected.
