Kommunikation war gut und am Ende alles super reguliert! Ich möchte hier eine positive Bewertung für Bikmo hinterlassen. Das Team hatte in letzter Zeit wohl sehr viel zu tun, aber am Ende haben sie alles super reguliert. Ich habe zwischendurch immer eine Mitteilung erhalten, sodass die Kommunikation für mich absolut okay war. Der Kontakt war insgesamt sehr nett. Ein großes Dankeschön geht hierbei besonders an Aaron, an Alex und an Carolina für die tolle Unterstützung! Vielen Dank!

Unfassbar schlechter Service und…
Unfassbar schlechter Service und mittlerweile nicht mehr akzeptabel!!! Warte seit Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung zwecks meines Diebstahls des Fahrrads. Emails werden nicht beantwortet und die Telefonnummer existiert nicht mehr! Habe mittlerweile die Verbraucherzentrale und das TV eingeschaltet… die Firmenüberzentrale in Österreich kann es sich ebenfalls nicht erklären und hat bereits mehrfach die Firma angeschrieben… ohne Erfolg. Finger weg von dieser unseriösen Versicherung!!!

Keine Schadensregulierung seit über 3 Monaten
Warte seit über 3 Monaten auf eine Schadensregulierung. Absolut katastrophale und unprofessionelle Kommunikation. Man erreicht dort niemanden, es wird nicht auf Mails geantwortet. Ich habe aus Radfahrer-Kreisen erfahren, dass die Firma intern große Probleme hat und absolut überfordert ist mit ihren Prozessen und dem Personal. Hab bereits mehrere Fristen gesetzt und werde als nächstes versuchen ein Ombudsverfahren zu starten, da ich keine Hoffnung mehr habe. Finger weg von diesem Vermittler!

Poor cancellation process don’t tell you when your policy ends you just have to guess. No email nothing!

Free 30 days bike insurance, but no response from customer service.
I Got free 30 days bike insurance with the purchase of a brand new Trek bicycle, and within two weeks, looked to extend my insurance for the whole year with them.
I Emailed them with a query, as the email said that I’d receive a discount along with a free month of insurance (as it was with a new bike) but the promotional link didn’t work.
I received a response asking for the code so they could look into it, I sent it over to them…. But then nothing. Chased them up 5 days later…. Nothing…. So, I took up insurance elsewhere as it worked out a lot cheaper than the free month and the discount I would have got with them anyway.
Their loss.

Enttäuschende und äußerst mühsame Schadenabwicklung
Ich habe insgesamt vier Fahrräder bei Bikmo versichert und hätte daher eine entsprechend zuverlässige und professionelle Abwicklung im Schadenfall erwartet.
Anfang August habe ich einen Schaden gemeldet. Bis heute wurde die Reparatur noch immer nicht freigegeben. Eine derart langwierige und mühsame Bearbeitung ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und bei einer Versicherung schlicht inakzeptabel.
Gerade im Schadenfall zeigt sich, welchen Service eine Versicherung tatsächlich bietet. Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen mit der Schadenabwicklung bei Bikmo sind leider äußerst enttäuschend.
Nicht empfehlenswert.

Rubbish
Rubbish. Bike broke due to water damage in the motor, I've been with bikmo for 2 years, always paid my insurance yet they said that they won't take my claim. If my bike has broke, I should be able to make a claim. I provided proof that it was broken. Take forever to respond, rarely answer the phone. Not only that, I've been without the bike for over a month because they take so long to reply as I assumed I would get a claim. Total waste of my time and waste of money. Cancelling and will never use them again and will inform others not to use them. Total waste of my money.
I also find it interesting that they do not respond to any negative review and even attempt to make it right.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the outcome of your claim, and we appreciate that this isn’t the decision you were hoping for.
We have reviewed the circumstances of the claim, and unfortunately the damage reported was found to have resulted from moisture ingress, corrosion and an electrical malfunction. These circumstances fall within specific exclusions outlined in the policy terms, meaning we’re unable to provide cover in this instance.
We understand that this outcome can be disappointing, particularly after having held a policy with us for a number of years. However, our policy conditions are applied fairly and consistently across all claims, and we’re unable to make exceptions where the circumstances of a claim fall within an applicable exclusion.

Bikmo has been excellent each time I had to make a claim; they answer all my questions and get me a settlement quickly. When something awful happens like theft, it's really reassuring to know my insurance company will help me get back on the road quickly

Unterirdischer Kundenservice
Ich habe vor 14 Tagen eine Versicherung abgeschlossen und bis heute keine Anmeldedaten, so wie es versprochen wurde, zugesendet bekommen. Per Mail ist der Kontakt äußerst langwierig und man wird hingehalten. Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen obwohl man in den Servicezeiten anruft. Diese Versicherung ist nicht zum empfehlen
