Mosaic outside table and chairs
The garden chairs and table I ordered were better than shown in the photos.
The quality is first class sturdy and so well made.
The mosaic tiles are really gorgeous.
Love the way you can fold the chairs for easy storage.
Chairs are very comfortable.
The price for the set was very good value.
Also really well packaged.

I never did receive my order
I never did receive my order. I kept getting delivery details from DPD but each time there was no show! I got sick of trying to chase it up with them and you until eventually DPD admitted they had lost it. I would not uses Big Furniture Warehouse again it was a terrible service and DPD was even worse!

We chased this up with the couriers and responded to every message sent within 24 hours, and as soon as you sent through the screen shot of the message you had received from the courier we requested your refund.

When placing our order we were notified that the unit we ordered was still waiting to come in to stock and we pre ordered and sure enough we were notified the unit was now I stock In the time scale we were told and delivered efficiently and was of good quality for the price we paid delivery people were friendly would use this company again

Would never buy from this company…
Would never buy from this company again.I purchased a radiator cover and it was clearly an item that had been returned to them and was scratched , broken and bits missing. The quality of it was appalling. No wonder someone else returned it. I rung company and they said they would replace it but I refused. It was awful if it wasn’t damaged. Company said they would collect it and refund me . 10 days later this is still boxed up awaiting collection from them. You can no longer contact them by phone and their contact link bounces back. I am now going to have to go down the legal route to obtain a refund. Dreadful company to deal with

Delayed delivery
Delayed delivery. Lack of contact about the delivery, had to continually follow up. When the delivery came, there was no prior notice of the time or date but thankfully I was home.

Perfect size for filling a nook
It’s perfect for its size, not too clunky not too light. Delivery on time, a little bit rough on some of the edges but it was easy enough to sort them out. Plenty of storage with the drawer and lower shelf.
