Very happy with the product. Poor communication with regards to deliveries. After two deliveries I was assured I would receive details of my replacement delivery so I could arrange for someone to be home but this did not happen. I understand delivery is free but I would rather the option to pay if it means I am available to receive my order.

Not ever shopping here again, largely because of the courier they use. DX delivery were awful! Firstly, you can’t actually track the delivery properly and they don’t give you a window, or any info on when it will come except a rough day. So that’s fun! They took it once to the wrong place and sent it back claiming I’d put the wrong address down (I hadn’t, they messed up)- didn’t bother to try to call me or anything though. Second time I waited in all day yet again for them, only for them to take it back again claiming they couldn’t access my property to deliver (there’s a gate at the entrance to my block of flats, all they had to do was buzz my flat and I’d let them in but they didn’t bother even trying, just waited by the gate hoping someone would pass by then left). Third time, I left a hair cut early as they again didn’t give me a time slot, but called to say they were on their way- as it had been such a mess so far (doubt they’d have bothered calling if I hadn’t complained) and they got lost so I had to direct them. And to top it all off, when I asked the two able-bodied young men to help me take my order up a single flight of stairs (I’m 5’4”, young woman and the order was taller than me and very heavy) they said no, it wasn’t their job! I mean I get that, but after the absolutely dreadful service so far they could have been at least slightly helpful. I don’t live in a hard to find place, multiple other delivery drivers have found it without issue.

The instructions weren’t super easy to follow, but I got there and the final product is decent. Although it was a white wardrobe and it had some scuff marks and slight damage which wasn’t great.
The company have been moderately helpful, they have called me when I’ve requested a call back and have been apologetic (this and the decent finished product are why they have 2.5 stars from me) but honestly it has been pretty poor from start to finish.

My purchase was absolutely lovely very pleased with it . It arrived on time and in perfect condition could not ask for better than you .

Not the best so far . Ordered some furniture and they sent the wrong item . I have been in touch but the issue still isn’t resolved.

Was able to reserve an out of stock item on pre order (unlike other retailers selling same item) and cheaper too!
Delivery was a little later than expected but customer services replied very promptly with the requested info.

Great dining chairs. Needed a link to the delivery company to track parcel as only had tracking number and didn't know which Company was being used. found the company was DX and collected our chairs from them instead of waiting for delivery.

Best price we found for literally the same item from other retailers. Really easy to order and came with good item description. Delivered within 48hrs and boxed really well so not damaged. Really good instructions on how to build but just go careful as sometimes the holes do not match up when installing/building the furniture. Says can build within 30mins but please take your time.

Instructions were fine even converted from right opening door to left opening.
