Excellent product. Both the chair and the table is very sturdy and quality is very good. Delivery was on time and the assemble instructions were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend….

    Had a issue with a order had only had…

    Had a issue with a order had only had half of the order email Katie sorted it all said that I can wait for a few week to get the full order or have a full refund then only got a half refund email Katie she got onto it straight away a now my full refund is on its way thanks to Katie all sorted I have give this company 5 star no doubt I will do business in the future with them

    Broken handles not replaced.

    When you phone up to ask about two the replacement of the broken draw handles for the which are from the bedroom chest of drawers I ordered from them and all I got was lied they said we are sending them has we speak two weeks later NO handles.I phoned again still no handles , I don't recommend this company to any one.

    As soon as you emailed we were in contact with 24 hours to get this resolved, we spoke to the manufacturer who confirmed to us the handles would be sent.

    We have emailed you again three times since to make sure everything has now been resolved but we are still waiting on a response.

    Won't use again!

    Easy to order and updates about order. However, very disappointed with the product. It is wood but so light I can lift with one finger!

    Plastic covers are a pain in the bum

    The dining chairs we ordered are great - the only thing that stopped us giving you 5 stars was fitting plastic covers to the seats of the chairs then screwing the seat covers to the chair frames making it so difficult to remove the plastic!!! We had to resort to a small pair of nail scissors to cut away as much of the plastic as possible.

    I purchased a set of 3 coffee tables…

    I purchased a set of 3 coffee tables from your third party retailer Manomano. The tables are faulty, I have attempted to return these to you over the last 5 weeks via Yodel who have failed to turn up. Have you actually issued a return label to yodel. Under the consumer act I am entitled to a refund after receiving faulty goods. Please rectify this please as you seem to be ignoring my requests. Thanks to The Big Furniture Warehouse for sort this issue out. The tables were collected by DPD on time and my refund was issued.
