I had my doubts about this operation and was reluctant to purchase anything due the mixed reviews and the vague, somewhat scammy looking website… I finally gave in and rolled the dice on a deal that seemed a little too good to be true on a Makita Track Saw Kit… I immediately had an issue with a coupon code that showed a discount in my cart pre-purchase but hadn’t been applied to the total after I placed my order. So, I took advantage of the 30 minute window they give you to cancel an order before it’s finalized. My plan was to cancel the order and immediately place another order with the coupon actually applied to my total this time around. I mentioned this in my cancellation request and canceled my order… The bigeasymart website acknowledged my cancellation but I hadn’t received any emails verifying the cancellation. It wasn’t entirely clear to me what was happening so I decided to wait on submitting another order. I was getting more skeptical at this point but… I did finally receive a follow up email the next day stating that my cancellation request had gone through. I was also given the option to proceed with my initial order and the total would be adjusted with the coupon applied rather than go through the hassle of canceling and replacing the same order. I replied, agreeing to the adjusted total deal. It ended up being a few days before I would hear anything again from bigeasymart, in the meantime I tried using the customer service chat feature on the website and the automated response kept telling me that no one was available to chat but I could leave my order # & contact info and someone would follow up with me as soon as possible… I did… I never got a follow up. I tried the chat feature many times over the course of a few days with the same/no results. I also tried calling the phone # listed on the website a few times and never got an answer just a generic voicemail prompt. At this point I’m coming to terms with the idea that I had been scammed, just waiting for the payment to go through so I can get the charge back process started… A couple more days go by and I get a random email stating that my order had shipped and a tracking #. I still wasn’t completely convinced that I’d actually receive anything… I was relieved , surprised, stoked when FedEx actually left a well packaged, brand new Makita Track Saw kit on my front porch. Ultimately my experience with bigeasymart was good and I got exactly what I ordered, for an almost unbelievable price, in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was good even though correspondence was a bit one sided and sporadic.

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews. However the deal I received was exactly like advertised. Then I was very excited after I received it in a couple days. No problems here.

I was happy to find the Breville Toaster Oven at BigEasyMart for $50 less than other places. Order was easy, shipping was fast and free. I have been using our new countertop oven daily since receiving this 2 weeks ago. Very happy. Highly recommend.

They never answer the phone calls. If you leave a voicemail, no one returns your phone calls. They haven’t responded to 3 or 4 chat messages. They didn’t respond to email. So how do you get in touch with them on an order that was charged to my CC but hasn’t shipped. I guess next step is contact my CC and dispute the charge.

I was skeptical because the price was so good so I checked their reviews that they were mostly positive. So I made an order of two Cooper tires that were 35% cheaper than anywhere I could find them. I received the tires in four days exactly as they are supposed to be. Very good transaction and I will buy from them again in the future.

Easy to navigate BigEasyMart.com website. Purchase was a flawless experience and I received my order promptly. Best price ANYWHERE (even Amazon Prime Deal or Bissell.com w/ discount) for the Bissell Big Green carpet cleaning machine Model 86T3!

I wasn’t sure if this was a legit website due to the price being lower than all the other sites. After doing research on the company, I decided to pull the trigger and order a pressure washer. Sure enough, 5 days later it was delivered by FedEx free delivery and brand new.I’m so pleased that I will be doing business with them in the future!

So this website did have some poor reviews, but if you're like me. You are here because bigeasymart has a big savings on your item compared to elsewhere. I bought tires marked down 50 per tire.

For my tires the listing was a little confusing. My tires listing said LT RT, I thought they were the nicer RTs but they were LTs (Duratec Rts are nicer), but still a decent deal.

My tires shipped 1 at a time and 2 arrived before the tracking for the 3rd and 4th. I did not get incontact with bigeasymart when I called, but I left a message on FB and at the phone number. They replied and called within 12 hours but I had missed the call.

All in all, I would try them again. Website could definitely have a little better information when orders are in partial to let you know more is on the way still

I ordered a DR weed trimmer on September 30. I got a confirmation and then nothing since. I even tried to call customer service because this is starting to feel like a ripoff. No answer. I’ll take it to the federal level soon if they don’t show me they’re legit. I can’t afford to lose over $400!!!! Do something BigEasyMart!!

I had been searching for a better deal on a tool (~$500) for quite some time. I couldn't find a good price on all the similar places (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.). BigEasyMart had a sale with it for 20% less than everyone else. This is the best price I had ever seen on this product. Due to lack of familiarity, I was a bit skeptical. Their business polies are pretty straight forward to keep prices down, no returns unless something is wrong with.

I ordered it, the website said it should ship within 5-10 days, but actually shipped next day, and I had it in 3 days! I am very happy with the purchase; it is a new genuine product. I would consider BigEasyMart again in the future.

My guess (yes, guess) is that this retailer dropships products from vendors, and with their business policies they can do it at a significant discount. As noted in some of the comments, they are not always able to fulfill all product orders. So be prepared to possibly have your order cancelled in some circumstances, but you won't find a better price on some of their deals.

My item shipped from California so it came pretty quick.

The Defy clear stain I was looking for was available on line only and Big Easy Mart prices were a little over 20% lower. I was a little skeptical but there communication was great, I received the product actually sooner than I expected and the product (2 - 5gallon buckets of stain) was in perfect condition

Never used BigEasyMart before and judging from some of the reviews, I had some concerns. Had issues with my order but customer service was quick to respond and was very happy with the outcome. A very satisfying experience.

I ordered a Scotts reel mower. Best price on the Internet. The package arrived in 2 business days. It was new, unopened. Great experience.

Like you, I hadn't heard of BigEasyMart so that's why I'm visiting Trustpilot to see if they're legit or not, especially since the lawn sweeper I wanted was listed at 20% less than Amazon, etc. I ordered and 2 days later it arrived in perfect condition, so it all worked out.

They do seem to have a strict return policy - you can't return something you 'accidentally' ordered. So just beware of your fat fingers.

The locking pin on the arm immediately broke. It is still usable, and it was marked, but it is just not strong enough to keep it locked. Would attach a photo if the review allowed. This was the result of limited pressure in the wrong direction. Hitch either should not have the pin or it should be much sturdier
