Great price and super fast shipping, thanks!

I was skeptical because the product (Breville combo air fryer oven) was full priced at all other sites except for bigeasymart (which was about 25% cheaper), so seemed like it may be false advertising. But the item arrived on time and was actually shipped by Sur La Table. Nothing awry with the purchase experience or product received. Now that my experience with this vendor is legit, will definitely purchase from here again.

I bought a Polaris pool cleaner from Big Easy Mart. They had the best price I could find online. The order process we very easy. When ordering they said it would take 7-10 days for delivery. I recieved my pool cleaner within 3 days. Overall I had a great experience purchaing from Big Easy Mart and will buy from them again. Thank you Big Easy Mart!!!

After placing an order on this site, I noticed some unusual activity connected to my email address and a duplicate order for the same item was created on walmart.com and walmart.com cancelled the order due to it being flagged by their system. That raised serious concerns for me.

I also noticed that the company information on their website didn’t line up in some places (phone number in one state, address in another, and past versions of the site listing different details). My credit card charge also showed up from a UK entity with a name different from the website (but a different website that looks very similar) which added to my unease.

In the end, I never received the item I ordered, and they never reached out about my order despite charing my credit card. I disputed the charge and within days it was refunded which further adds to the suspicion of something strange going on.

Based on my experience, I personally would not feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Terrible, awful, horrible. I purchased an item on 8/20 that they had listed as in stock, but on 8/26 I received this message: "Delivery time took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe." This tells me that they don't even have the item, since delivery timeframe allowed was 10 business days. Bad bad bad!! I tried contacting them through email, their online chat system (which says they are available and ready to chat), and their internal messaging system. Absolutely no reply. Save yourself the time and avoid this scam company.

I purchased a Milwaukee tool kit from them. The tracking number that was uploaded to the website did not work. I’ve reached out multiple times asking for an update regarding my order with no response. They don’t answer the customer service line either. The battery showed up 2 weeks after I placed the order and still have yet to see the tool. The lack of communication makes me believe this is a scam.

Ordered a coffee machine that came with a broken carafe. Customer support was happy to send a new caraffe free of charge. I was able to surprise someone for their birthday twice!

Tried to place an order three times and would never work. Called listed phone number couple times no answer. Business is listed as in Florida. Phone number is from Massachusetts. Emailed and never got a response. Sounds like a scam to me or very inept at running a business.

I too was skeptical because the price was well lower the other vendors and I too received a case of mac&cheese for no reason, BUT the dump cart arrived in a few days and in pristine condition. Perhaps this is the new way of doing business since this company seems to be only two people with a cell phone and a website. But it works! Good for the BigEasyMart

Fast shipping and item arrived as expected.

I made the mistake of ordering a left handed set of golfclubs instead of right. I contacted them the day they arrived...product STILL in the box. They would not allow me to exchange them for the correct set. I was even willing to pay for the shipping cost to send the others back. Now i am out almost $300. Return policy says they do returns for wrong product and damaged product. I ordered the wrong product.

Check out was fast and easy. I received my purchased item in less than a week in perfect condition.

I found a power tool 10% cheaper with free shipping. I was skeptical but I went for it. I got a little nervous when I went back and read the order cancellation policy, but I received the item yesterday and am very pleased. Can't wait to use it! I saved $30 and received it promptly

Was searching for a pull behind yard sweeper for our lawn care business and they were 64.00 cheaper than anyone else plus free shipping. Was a little skeptical with it being so much cheaper but it arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

I was skeptical, especially after my bank declined to pay and sent me an alert to confirm that I purchased something from Easy Easy Mart (not Big Easy). I confirmed 'yes' and continued with the purchase, still a bit worried. However, my Ninja blender arrived quickly and works great. Looks brand new. Plus it was $30 less than Amazon. The mailing label was not correct, though. Had some person's name on it that I did not know, but had my address. FedEx still delivered it with no issues. The return address was Wayfair warehouse, or something similar, out of Maryland, I think.
