I found the Wen 12", 6.2 amp bench top drill press on BigEasyMart for some $50 less than elsewhere, plus free shipping. Along with many redditers I wondered whether it was a scam. But I followed the cautious consensus that it wasn't and pulled the trigger. The drill press was then delivered, new and pristine in an undamaged box, within the delivery window stated by the company. Without actually knowing BEM's business model, my sense now is that their lower prices reflect their relatively strict return policy: no cancellation after 30 minutes from placing the order, returns only within 14 days of receiving the order, and then only for wrong orders or damaged equipment -- so, not because you change your mind. That likely translates into fewer returns and thus money saved by BEM, which they can then turn into lower prices. Crucially for me, they were completely clear about all this up front so no surprises for me, and then they did exactly what they advertised, when advertised. It's what one hopes for with any seller. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider using BEM again and would recommend it to others, after stressing that they read and understand the return policy.

To start they are legit. I didn't believe it, nor did my wife. I check trust pilot and other sources. Ordering is just like any other web site. The only part is, if you have any questions, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANY ! You can call all you want, he will not call you... This is how it works. They drop ship the requested products right from the logistic warehouse, ITASCO..(ATI) Huge company that has massive trucking centers all over the country. It’s like a huge depot of all things shipped to the US. I ordered a $425 electric snow blower. I had the knowledge that at that price, it wouldn't have the batteries or charger.. I called, and no reply. I ordered ,,they shipped 3 days later, fedx tracking number to my email. 3day later they dropped it at my house. So I got what I ordered. Let’s say if you want to take the chance it arrives in good condition, at the low price, take the chance. If you need to return or contact them. Just go jump off a bridge instead. I'd give them five stars, but they never called me back or answered their phone. I think he's a foreigner, broken English. Ware house is in Fl, phone number is in Maine... Good luck.””” Feb 15th update. I applied for a complete return on their website. Within their return timeframe. They acknowledged and sent me an email offer to return or cash option. I chose the cash option and taking it on my responsibility to fix the defective gear that comes in The Power smart snowblower it’s made out of nylon.
So the company actually followed through and is 100% legit.

Website was easy. Ordering was easy. Most importantly, it arrived quickly and on time. I would highly recommend!!

I have not installed the softener yet, because it was 4 days late. Not real happy with that.

I got what i ordered at a nice price. Even shipped promptly.
Customer service was responsive too.

October 11, 2025, I bought a Grizzly 18-Inches 1.6 -Amp Corded Scroll Saw. Great price including shipping. I received 2 saws but was only charged for 1. I began the return process. The "Customer Service" phone number is an answering machine with NO follow-up. Communicated by email. I was told that I would receiveby email documentation for the return. It never came. After multiple emails, BIGEASYMART stopped the email correspondence. I was stuck, I did not own the second scroll saw, so Icould not resell. It was taking up room in my garage. Limbo. At the end of December, 2025, I contacted BIGESSYMART by email and offered to buy the second scroll saw from them for a ridiculously low price. They accepted. I now was legal owner and could legally dispose of it. BE WARE! Better Business Bureau gives the company a D rating.

Great price on items

B E M had a good sale on an electric troybuilt lawnmower . order was delivered in a week . The battery came a few days later.

I came across BigEasyMart in an online search looking for water softeners. They by far were the least expensive, and in one case by $200 less than a big box store. I was also able to use a coupon code, which reduced it even more. The product I ordered was drop shipped by the manufacturer, so it was fast shipping. I haven't had to contact BEM customer service for any questions, so I can't fairly comment on their pre or post customer service support. I do know that my first experience was good, and I'll be coming back for future purchases. Thank you.

First time buying from this company, so I was a little concerned , but they were quick to ship and sent fast notifications. So in that sense I give them 5star. The reason for the 4 star is the box was extremely banged up and seemed to have been open, however nothing was missing and product looked new.

Buyers beware! This company does not allow for return of products that don't work for you and your space. What company today does that?

Company is not about building customer rapport.
They would rather have "one and done".

I was suspicious of the super low price, and I put it on my Amex, just in case I needed to contest the charges. I have been scammed in the past by other sites. I am happy to say that Big Easy Mart is legit!
The pizza oven I ordered came in five days and is perfect! I am going to be a loyal customer. :)

As per some other previous reviews, I too was skeptical from purchasing on BigEasyMart. One, it was a site I never used before, and two, some reviews to read were a bit concerning. After doing some research myself, and using Apple Pay to secure my credit card, I decided to give it a try considering I would save about $120 on a Kobalt Gen4 21 inch.snow blower compared to any other local or site pricing using this product. If you have some patience, it took me one week from date of purchase to arrive. Everything was perfect.i would strongly recommend BigEasyMart if you’re not in a hurry and like to save quite a bit of money.

Shopped around for the best price for a Christmas gift and found this great store. After placing the order reached out to customer service to make sure they could deliver by Christmas. Got a quick response that it was already on its way! Opened Christmas morning and setup was easy, great instructions! Quality is amazing and keep finding delightful functions that make my morning cup of coffee a delicious treat - thank you!

Personable service

Little concerned when I googled for a Hart snow blower and a company in Forida had the best price, a company I had never heard of. But took a chance and received by fedx the item within about 7 to 9 days. Very happy with item and company

I ordered 2 kitchen sink faucets with soap dish. It was due to be delivered today. When checking the tracking and calling FedEx, they indicated the shipper requested the items to be returned. I called number and sent an email, no response as to what happed to my items. You have my money! Not a good look for your business. There was no reason for the return or any communication to me. Stop lying!!

Was a little sceptical after reading a few bad reviews. Did not receive a confirmation of order and tracking number for 4 days so nervous in that regard. Ordered on a Saturday and received confirmation on the following Thursday with a tracking number for delivery.
Item arrived following Saturday. It was a Toro lawnmower listed at $100 below any competition online. Great deal and will not hesitate to deal with Bigeasymart again. Thank you for such a great product at an awesome price.
