Big Bus Tours Dubai Anmeldelser 

I bought a 2 day-ticket to explore Dubai with Big Bus Tours. It was for sure the best option to explore such a large city. If it wasn't for Big Bus Tours, we would not have been able to see half of what we saw. The drivers were really friendly, bottles of water were available at all times, unlimited, and the audio commentaries were interesting.
I would recommend travelers to hop off and hop on at the same location, as in Dubai the stations were not always clearly indicated, which caused us quite some walking on a very hot weather, as we planned to walk from one station to the next and couldn't find it in the Marina area. Otherwise, very easy and fun to use the Big Bus Tours service.

on the whole a good experience very disappointed when we went to visit the palm couldn't make it out at all no one to tell us where it was

My friend and I were visiting Dubai and we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the routes and services which Big Bus provide. I would also like to say a massive THANK YOU TO FAZIL, god bless him, he was the driver on our desert safari tour and I had left my mobile phone in a taxi prior to joining the tour, Fazil went out of his way to help me, not only did he let me use his mobile phone but also allowed for his contact details to be used on my behalf. I truly suggest Fazil gets a promotion of some kind because he represented the company to the best of his ability and managed to help me get my mobile back. I would and already have recommend Big Bus and will definitely be using them again.

Interesting tours. Many things included. Don’t miss the desert tour. Very friendly drivers. Special thanks to Raju our bus driver home after the fantastic desert dinner.

It was very easy to choose and book the tour & there was lots of choice as to what combination we could have. The tours were great, very informative and lots of stops to get off and explore the areas. All of the staff were friendly and helpful!

Die Tour war gut durchdacht. Besonders gut fand ich, dass kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

The night tour is absolutely terrible. The bus raced - faster than the bus - through Dubai, the mentioned attraction were approaching not approached - fotographiren was impossible. There was also no information about the city. After about 2 hours the Wafi Mall was approached where a 3-5 minute lighshow was shown (there are no tour). That's nice but no need. There then most of the participants annoyed canceled the tour and are home with the metro.
The day tours are good and also quite punctual. Unfortunately, there are very few intersections to switch from one line to the other. The info in the bus is good - if the connection to the seat works.
We had a 5 day ticket and entry to the included attractions was hassle free.

Die Nachttour ist absolut furchtbar. Der Bus raste- schneller als der Linienbus - durch Dubai, die genannten Sehenswürdigkeit wurden mal annähern nicht angefahren - fotographiren war unmöglich. Es gab auch keine Infos über die Stadt.Nach ca. 2 Stunden wurde die Wafi Mall angefahren wo eine ca 3-5 minütige Lighshow gezeigt wurde (gibts da auch ohne Tour). Die ist nett aber kein muss. Dort haben dann die meisten Teilnehmer die Tour verärgert abgebrochen und sind mit der Metro nachhause.
Die Tagestouren sind gut und auch recht pünktlich. Leider gibt es sehr wenige Schnittpunkte um von einer Linie in die andere umzusteigen. Die Info im Bus ist gut - wenn denn der Anschluss am Sitzplatz funktioniert.
Wir hatten ein 5 Tagesticket und der Eintritt in die enthaltenen Sehenswürdigkeiten war problemlos.

Les différents tours permettent d'avoir une bonne idée de la ville et de repérer les quartiers à visiter plus profondément. .
Je trouve le prix assez cher!

Idea good but the traffic in and around Dubai is horrific it times, choose you times to travel carefully. We went on all the routes available but when on red routs none of the commentary worked so we didn’t receive whilst going around the route.

Fantastic , great value for money , earphones delivering very interesting information, option of air con ,or not , chilled water , punctual . Great staff . Highly recommend

The tour itself is good however some bits were confusing like the package I had included RTA water bus tour but it wasn't specified that one can only take it from Deira and not Marina. All in all it is ok.

I don’t think Dubai is a good fit for a Hop On Hop Off experience. The sights are too spread out, the stops are not near several of the main sites, and the routes take longer than advertised. For example, the red line is listed as two hours but it took us over three hours to do the circuit. Crossover stops between routes are limited so it takes a long time to get to a specific spot. The stop at the Wafi Mall is out of the way and uses too much time. I feel like I wasted my day and a half in Dubai doing HOHO. On a positive note, all of your employees were professional, polite and wanted to help.

Le personnel du Big bus est très compétent et serviable et les trois tours sont intéressants. Par contre la régularité n'est pas respectée et les arr^tes sont très mal marqués.

We were in Dubai and enjoyed our rides with Big Bus tours. The staff was always very helping. It was a good experience. Only on one day the last bus of the day didn't come. That was a bit disapointing.

time span a bit short .... would make even more sense if there would be a longer day .... but that is my only main improvement comment ... service and concept are excellent. I forgot my phone on the bus going out at a stop and got it back very soon afterwards, which was a relief. Super !

The water served on bus could be cold, but the bus and tour was amazing
