Awesome!!! We spent a whole day on the Big Bus tours of Dubai and it was easily the best day of our Dubai Holiday.

Аудио - не интересное, очень мало информации. Понравился гид, на красной линии, девушка,
Информация в приложении big bus и на брашюре - не точная. В приложении сказано, что лодка отправляется каждые 15 минут, тогда как в брошюре - каждый час !

very poor experience. we did 3 different trips and the narration overlapped so much it was really boring. at one point it repeated itself on the way out and on the way back too.
We were told by staff we were miles too early when we got to the night bus trip 1 hour before departure and were told to come back 10 mins before. We went away and got back 15 mins before and didn't get a seat!

Very informative!! Hop on & off with a bus coming every 20 mins is convenient. Live tour the young girl from Philippines was very knowledgeable for the area (Red line). Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

Big Bus Tours is the things to do when you arrive in Dubai, I recommend you to do it the morning. Great experience !

great opportunity to see Dubai in 5 or 7 days

Timetables are not on time. I felt to waste my time in every stop.

Night tours was completly bore activity, there was no commentry only bus ride either of cemetery should have been done to make the tour enjoyable.

BIG Bus tour in Dubai is excellent service.

It was a great experience. We visited so many amazing places! The drivers and agents were super friendly and helpful. If I come again, I definitely would like to take another Big Bus Tour. I recommend taking the 5 day ticket since there are so many things to do.

Wij hadden de deluxe ticket voor 5 dagen. Dus alle tijd om de 3 routes te doen en ook nog veel extra's. We hebben de sunset tour naar de woestijn gedaan, de haven tour in de Marina en het aquarium bij Atlantis bekeken. De tou over de Palm was niet echt te moeite waard.
De bussen rijden zeer regelmatig, om de 20 minuten dus je hoeft niet lang te wachten. Wel zou het handig zijn als bij de bushaltes een bordje van Bigbus zou staan want nu is het soms niet duidelijk waar de bus stopt. Al met al een prima manier om de stad te bekijken.

Very pleasant experience. The routes are selected meticulously and cover most of Dubai. The staff was very pleasant and helped a lot in understanding how different routes work. Everyone had a smile on their face. The commentary was really good. The only downside was that there was no commentary on the Sharjah complimentary 3 hours visit. I was surely expecting that considering it is difficult to understand a new city. Overall, the service was excellent and the add-ons really pay for the ticket and the bus ride then becomes almost free. The lost chambers, dhow cruise, Sharjah trip, desert sunset tour and many other add-ons were completely free. I could not even avail all the free stuff.

Big bus is great for an overview of the city. I think it is poor planning to have a gap in service between the day and night tours. It is difficult for a person unfamiliar with the city to have to schedule to make it back before the last daytime bus. I was not particularly happy to have to take a taxi by myself in an unfamiliar city. Part of the beauty of the big bus is that I can feel comfortable as a solo female tourist. To have to catch a cab alone at the end of the daylight hours was unfortunate.

Nice trip by Big bus in Dubai. It covers major tourist attractions in city. However in Abu dhabi the green line bus operates with a gap of 90 minutes which is bit more & requires one to wait.

all three lines were excellent and interesting.
The only negative point was how the bus stops were marked . it was really difficult to find the right stops .

Hi our experience was good in big & Mr.Ali was good till we were in the bus & he help us to just receive a text from his phone because we order a food from Gazebo restaurant in Business Bay.we just Request him that can we receive our order confirmation from your phone because we didn’t have any local number.He help us at that moment but that day we receive our food.but next day when we order food & the Delivery Guy Came to deliver our food and he try to contact us & because we gave Mr.Ali’s number the guy contact at the number & Instead of He should explain the Delivery guy.He Recieve our food.and at the other side that night we were wait till 11pm with our two little kids under 4yrs.we all slept without food because someone else was eating our food.for all this story to make sure u can contact Gazebo at Business Bay branch or you can contact at JW Marriott Marquis at Business Bay with Mr.Hassan Door bell in The lobby where I was Waiting & Waiting that night & calling the restaurant.Mr.Hassan & Gazebo Manager & Delivery guy is Witness that What happens that day.But at the end it was so Unfortunate & Shameful.May God bless all. wir haben 5 Tage den Service von Big Bus Tours genutzt.
Es war toll, wir haben SEHR VIEL gerlernt und hatten sehr viel Spass.
Wir bekamen den Tipp von meiner Freundin, die mehrere Jahre in Dubai gelebt hat. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und werden Big Bus Tours auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
NUR EINS haben wir zu bemångeln. Dass der letzte Bus ca. 18 Uhr fåhrt sollte geåndert werden und auf mindestens auf 20 Uhr verschoben werden.
Aber ansonsten - weiter so - bitte, danke
Bei unserer nåchsten Auslandsreise werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder gern Big Bus Tours nutzen, sofern angeboten.

I have always loved bigbus tours.
And Dubai is a beautiful city which needs to be enjoyed from roof top.
Nevertheless, as compared to last time no refreshments, I mean water bottles, were available.
We had the premium ticket, meaning a 2 days ticket and no water were available during these 2 days.
