Fun and informative
Sam and Pam were great! Saw all of the “must see” sights and Sam was full of great information about Chicago history. I’d recommend going as early in the day as possible as the bus really filled up later in the afternoon. Great experience overall!

Paid $72 for a bus ride around the city. That's all it was. The commentary about Chicago was not worth the cost of the tour bus. Do not recommend this tour.

We're sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience on our bus. We train our guides to have the highest quality tours and it seems like we didn't deliver. Could you email us at "inforCH@bigbustours.com" with any additional information about the guide. We want to make sure that this doesn't ever happen again, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

My experience in the big bus
This was the first time I used the bus and the experience was not so satisfiying. I took the bus at 5pm and only stoped at 5 stops, the traffic was terrible. My advice would be to take it early in the morning. For me $144 dollar for 40 minuts wasn't worth it.

Hi Palemon,
Oh my, it sounds like you caught our tour at the end of the service day and with Chicago rush hour traffic too! I don't know if we told you, or if it would have helped, but since you started after 3PM then your tickets were good for the following day too. We don't like that you had that experience with us. May we chat via email so that we can find out more information about your tour? Please email us a copy of your tickets to infoCH@bigbustours.com We are sorry that you had a difficult experience. John C.
We were fortunate enough to have Rich …
We were fortunate enough to have Rich as our guide and Eddie as our driver. Enjoyed it enough that we went on it twice back to back. That was our biggest amazement, Rich had such a vast knowledge that there was still more facts that he shared on the second trip. Only one regret was that we could not go on it a third time.

Comedian driver was great!
We had two drivers, since we got off the bus at one point and then back on. I am sorry I don't know their names, but they were both good. The second one, especially, was so funny he had us laughing the whole time. It was fun! Thanks!

Our experience was very pleasant
Our experience was very pleasant. I had forgotten to bring the printed copy of our tickets. The agent at the Willis Tower stop that morning took my receipt # and managed to get our tickets on line. He was very helpful. I also enjoyed the commentary of the tour guide. In all a very enjoyable experience.
