I didn’t find anyone overly helpful. The finance department never got back to me on a number of calls. It wasn’t till they transferred my application to beagle cars next door that I finally got someone you cared and kept contact. On a plus not the car I bought had a fault and the insurance that came with the car sorted it out pretty well

This is the easiest car purchase I have ever made, not that I have bought a lot of cars. There is no salesman hanging around you and no haggling. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Who knew buying a car could be so easy?! I'm a young woman and was in the market for a new car and decided to swing by Big Box cars with my family just for a look! Less than an hour later I had put a deposit down and the next day I traded my car in and drove out with my new pride and joy!! Sean took care of me from the second we walked in, we were greeted - not hassled. Just asked if we'd like a hand and then sure enough Sean came out with a tablet and put in my requests (budget, hatch, auto, ect) and Boom every car that was in my range. He let me go through and told me the specs on any that peaked my interest. I found 2 that I liked and we worked out which one was best for me. No pushy sales just information that I was asking for + all the cool features! Fixed price takes the usual back and forth away. Where a young inexperienced first time buyer would probably get ripped off in bargaining, the bargain is already there. My car I bought used but it doesn't look, drive or feel used. Immaculate, right down to the *new car smell*! Sean helped me set up my phone to the Bluetooth before I left so I would not have to stress, and the test drive was awesome having him show me all the features of the car. Family will all be going back when it's their time to upgrade. Thanks to Sean Hynes and Big Box Cars!

Hands-down one of the best customer service I've ever experienced! They truly went above and beyond in terms of helping me organise everything from car financing to the closest beach to take my car out for its first outing! They even organised to drive the car over to me!

The cars themselves are immaculate, well looked after and very competitively priced. There is such a huge variety I could easily have spent a whole day there!
