Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Allan who looked after me and his patience when my bank transfer process took longer than expected. He was also great with his follow up call to ensure everything was going well with my new car. That is what customer service should be.

Wow what a different car shopping experience, No hassle car shopping. No pushy salesmen. If I had questions they were happy to help. Took car for test drive twice. So love my big box car. I have recommended big box cars to my niece. Frag was so patient with me and not aggressive for a sale. All prices displayed on car, owner logbooks in glovebox to view. Left you alone to wander but could call anyone over if you wanted to talk about any of the cars.

I am very happy with my Renault Koleos that I purchased through Rory at Big Box Cars.

There are so many cars to choose from but Rory was so patient and very professional and was more than happy to let me make my own decision. Never did I feel pressured like all the others that I had been to.

I must be honest, I had to take the car back as the wipers weren’t working. They were fixed very fast and they went above and beyond to apologise.

I had been looking at dealers for a month or more and had pre-approved finance at a great rate. But when I went to Bigboxcars, they had an amazing selection of vehicles and beat my pre-approved finance rate. Everything was so easy, I had my car within days. Very Happy!

This is my second purchase in less than 2 years. The first one was ok. No issues at all and that's the main reason why I chose them again without looking other companies. In my last purchase, the test drive experience wasn't good at all (5 minutes test drive only) but I decided to purchase the car anyways after a car mech checked it. When I picked up the car they only gave me one key (It's a 2016 car).They never told me this until I picked up the car. We also agreed on 3 things to be done in the car but 2 of them never happened even though I was told everything was done.
This is by far, my worst purchase experience I have ever had.
I feel it was a mistake to give them my business. Would I recommend them? Not at all
