The sales staff were very professional and helpful. BUT the car was sold as serviced and fully inspected with a stamp in the service book. It turned out the cabin filter was almost clogged - no one looked at it. Air filter dirty. etc. I am not sure they even changed the oil and filter. Need to take my car to be serviced as I can not trust Bigboxcars. Very disappointing as the staff was nice.

I purchased a Ford Ranger from these guys and it has been the best thing I have purchased in years. Highly recommend these guys if your looking for a good quality used car. Even the after sales service is awesome.

A big thank you to Allan and Doris. Exceptional customer service from start to finish and no mucking about. We didn’t feel pressured in the slightest which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable as opposed to other dealerships. Once all was settled and deal was done and dusted Allan still found the time to call a week later to see how we were going with our purchase. Simple but very effective. I found the experience not too bad buying from big box cars. I sought finance elsewhere but had to settle for in-house finance after some problems arose with my finance.
Whilst it's not a complaint I would would've been happier with the finance option if it had been a little bit better explained to me all the costs involved, and the interest rate. I had to ask about the interstate rate as to what it was only to learn it was 3 % more than the initial inquiry when I was buying the car and seeking finance elsewhere.
Overall a good experience and happy with the car.

Doris is very helpful and she guide us on what we nred to do to get our car. Thank you so much for all the help and effort. I will br back to get anoher car.

After a month of weekend visits to used car yards around Brisbane it was a comparative pleasure to walk into the Bigbox shed to find a great selection of used cars, easily seen and at comparable prices with non-pushy salesmen there to assist you to find the right car rather than just make their sales target.

Great outfit to deal with. Sean and Rob were fantastic. Did everything they said they would. Car is in great shape too.
