Such a great service, helpful, polite and not pushy. So many cars to choose from and all of them looked in good condition not like some competition car yards.

Frag and Mitchell were both courteous and easy to talk to. There was no pressure exerted on me. I felt respected and any queries I had were dealt with promptly. They made my experience much less stressful than it could have been.

Frag and Mitch were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them! No hassle or hard sell, just good old fashioned customer service. Quality second hand cars at good prices. Such a refreshing experience! Have already recommended Big Box Cars and will keep recommending them.

I was nervous about buying a car, however within minutes I felt at ease. Bigbox cars was my first stop, 45 mins later and I had bought a car. Jay & Dori were amazing, transparent and extremely helpful. Could not recommend them enough! I love my Kia Rio.

I researched the internet to find the car I wanted and I was directed to bigboxcars cars by Jet Finance (I paid cash for the vehicle no finance). I contacted big box cars and dealt with Rory who was polite and friendly and there was no pressure applied to buy and was able to answer any questions I asked. He was attentive enough to notice that I was struggling with a low sugar event (I suffer from diabetes) and arranged a muffin for me).
The whole experience was enjoyable and I would reccomend them to any one wishing to buy a car.

Totally enjoyed my experience with BigBoxCars. Got the vehicle I wanted, in great condition. Finance was done in a day. All good.

Very easy process without the pushing or hard sell. Car was great quality, only hiccup was I wanted a wheel alignment to be done, told them it was not done on pickup. Was no drama, they acted immediately and got it sorted. That alone is worth 5 stars.

Great place to buy a car. Plenty of choices and all are really well displayed.
Really like the no haggle on the price concept. The prices are fair and sales staff are good.

Good trade in price and the team really worked to make a sale. The down side is with the after sales service. Vehicle had a problem and it was known before we signed the contract at the test drive 5 days before we signed and were told it would be fixed..... but was not done then we were shoved on to the stat warranty people where I had to drive 30klm to the so called nearest repair agent and am waiting for 3 weeks for a part. Then have to drive another 30lkm each way in my time to get it fitted. All this could have been avoided if the sales man listened to me. Will not be recommending you to family and friends. Just another bunch of lying car salesmen

Most helpful experience with Jay looking after the deal professionally. Car was cleaned up as promised prior to collection. Even picked us up from the rail station. Well done Jay!
