Well needed getaway
Good communication. Easy booking, accessing the cabin - direct access vs checking in at a specific location. Cabin was ready as promised. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away (except AC!) Loved the huge backyard and deck. We ate all our meals outside and the yard was perfect for our dog too.

Hi GP,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location of the home.
We apologize for the missing coffee filters and the missing curtains in the second upstairs bedroom. We’ve shared these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can be addressed.
Regarding the dishwasher, we’d like to clarify that the home is not advertised as having a dishwasher, so while we understand your disappointment, it is not listed as an included amenity.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

The Cabin location is perfect
The Cabin location is perfect. The Cabin was not cleaned to its full potential the cabin for the price can be modernized. The rules can be a little excessive.

The house perfectly suited our family
The house was perfectly suited to the needs of our family of 6 adults and 6 kids. The dining table seated all of us every evening for our home cooked meals! Everyone was comfortable. If we found something amiss, BBCC corrected it. We could not have asked for a better setting for our fun reunion.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beauty of the home, but we’re sorry to hear that the temperature made your stay uncomfortable and that the patio condition did not meet your expectations.
We’d like to clarify that this home is not advertised as having air conditioning. Many homes in Big Bear do not have A/C due to the mountain climate and typically cooler evenings. We understand that warmer-than-usual temperatures can still impact comfort, and we appreciate your feedback.
We will also share your comments regarding the patios with our team for review. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another Big Bear stay.

The place needs to be revamped and…
The place needs to be revamped and cleaned well. The carpet in living room was filthy, it hadn't been vacuumed. The sheets provided weren't clean (I found a stain on the bedsheets in the room). The sheets for the pullout bed had dog hair (gave me allergies). The orange pillow on the couch were stained with what looked to be blood.....

The whole experience was overall great
The whole experience was great. It was extremely easy to book and self check-in, check-out. The only downside was our cabin only had 2 fans for the 3 bedrooms. In summer, the temperature does get uncomfortable during the day and trying to cool down for sleep was cumbersome with having to move fans around because there weren't enough. Some of the window screens had significant holes, so we weren't able to fully open the windows either. Keep in mind if booking in summer.
