Very good product and transaction.

All of the transaction went as expected. The seat arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I thought it was.

Customer service was outstanding.the individual who worked with me was exceptionally knowledgeable. I had no clue what to get for an upgrade,so his recommendation was right on the money. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Second time I've ordered bike seat covers. First was stationary bike with large seat. Cover is great.
Just received second order for two recreational bikes. They fit nicely but have not ridden with them yet. It's nice to have a range of sizes.

i sent several emails and telephoned several times and never got a response!!! there is no customer service at this company.

Kellen White was helpful when responding. The 4 hole adapter does not work for a Nordic Track S22i studio cycle. Delayed shipping. Trying to return product now.

I was puzzled that the post on the adapter plate did not fit into the opening on the clamp which we fitted onto the bike seat. My husband had to take everything to a machine shop to get the clamp opened enough to slide onto the post on the plate. It ended up working for my seat for an added cost of $20.

My order was cancelled by them for no reason

The seat adapter fit fine on our C1 stationary bike but the bolts were too small to feel confident that they would hold the weight over a long period of use. The tools provided were useless.

great seat only complaint was had to drill seat mount bracket, tilt up bracket hole one size larger to get bolt to holes to line up.

I did not receive everything in the package. I have not been able to reach anyone. Tried to call and email. No response after 2 days. I have purchased the missing part elsewhere. Poor customer service.

No response to phone calls and emails. Never received my order.

Product specifications were as stated. The cushion fits a very large bike seat. The ordering process was easy and the delivery timely.
