Great service very fast. I just installed my saddle. The adapter was a little tough to get on the railing of the saddle but all in all it rides great I’m very happy with it.

My order was fulfilled promptly; that's good. I found a bike seat that I hope my girlfriend likes. Can't really rate the seat quality or comfort, because it's a present, and the jury is still out.

Customer service was quick to answer when I had a question, seats arrived and are comfortable

I took my first ride on my cloud9 saddle today and it was a great improvement over my previous one.
I am very happy with this product and recommend it for upright cruizing.

Fast and easy. :-)

Product was good but communication is difficult .
No phone that works and email response was 3 days late.

Too slow to ship. I didn't get the seat in time for my vacation. I thought it would arrive in time with USPS priority shipping. But it took three days after I made the order, for the company to even ship the seat out.

I was very pleased with their timely responses to a few questions I had.

This is my 3rd seat after extensive research. I finally found one that is comfortable and doesn't hurt no matter how much riding I do. No more aching pain and my husband even tried my bike out so he sample the seat and plants go buy one. Excellent seat!!

I bought a seat for my bike I did not like it. I want to return it but they have so many stipulations for the return it’s crazy. You have to write them and ask for a return, have to have the original package and packing slip, there is a restocking fee. After I got the seat I was sick for two weeks before trying it out. I have contacted them to ask for a return no answer from them. So I spent $65 for a seat I will never use. Save your money go to Amazon at least there you got a great chance of getting your money back.

Seat is of good quality and really helps my coccyx pain! While they did not send a shipping notice until I asked, the seat must have been shipped promptly because it arrived the day I asked for my shipping information.

Great selection. Tips and Info. Fast delivery. Good mounting instructions. Hard to beat!

Great quality and superior customer service.

Seat cushion didn't fit as advertised. Smaller than stated size.

The description of the bike seat was accurate. The packaging was good and received earlier than I estimated.
The seat supports the sit bones which saves wear and stress on other sensitive areas.

I tried several seat covers, and this one was far the best! Others state their seat cover is thick, but the gel is hard. This seat cover gives great cushion.
