If I could do negative stars I would. This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst company I have ever encountered. They change rates randomly with no warning. Then they pull audits and try to charge you randomly thousands of dollars more than the high premiums you paid throughout the year. Then you spend countless hours trying to get hold of someone to explain what the basis is for them to charge so much more. To not get a clear cut answer. They will send you to collections and you will be harassed by their collection goons with no explanation either. Please stay clear of this company at all costs unless you like dealing with theft, dishonesty and rude people!

Matt T. was helpful and patient while assisting me in initiating the policy for my malpractice insurance. I was a novice, but he listened to my needs, answered my questions, and guided me every step of the way. Thanks to his support, the process was much easier than I expected.

Justin made everything easy and smooth. He went into detail about things that I needed clarity on and made thing as simple when I wanted them simple.

I would avoid biBERK based on my experience. After the company refused to correct a policy that was opened without my authorization, I canceled my other policy with them. They claimed they mailed a refund for the canceled account, but I never received it. They also continue to refuse to cancel or refund the unauthorized policy and have not adequately investigated how it was opened.

This experience has left me feeling that sales matter more to them than resolving serious customer concerns. Unless biBERK finally addresses these issues, I plan to file a formal complaint with the Florida insurance regulator.
