Picture this: I had just been ghosted by my old liability insurance company for my business, just spent a while getting quotes and going through the process with other providers, when I finally was connected with this company. The process was so quick and easy! Literally a 10 minute phone call. Quinn W was the guy on the other end, and he made sure I understood everything as well as even offered to finance it?? I never had that option before! The quote was so good though, I was able to pay for the whole year upfront :) Thank you!!

Matt Thompson was awesome he took the time to explain my policy and helped me determine which amount of coverage was appropriate for my business i highly recommend him and will recommend him to people looking for insurance.

Justin Oliver, was amazing to work with. I called in really frustrated because my policy had been canceled due to a system error, and he completely turned the experience around. He was friendly, patient, and never once made me feel like I was just another call.He took the time to explain exactly what happened, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Instead of brushing me off, he actually listened and worked through the issue until it was resolved. By the end of the call, I had a new policy in place, and the whole process went a lot smoother than I expected.
Customer service like this is hard to find. If I ever have to call biberk ragain, I hope I get Justin. If you have the chance to work with him, ask for him you'll be in good hands. Definitely call him to write a policy or rewrite

I had a very disappointing experience with biBerk. I cancelled a Workers' Compensation policy and the cancellation was confirmed, I continued receiving repeated emails and letters demanding a premium audit, along with threats of collections and additional premium charges. I completed and submitted the requested audit paperwork weeks ago, yet the automated notices and collection threats continued. I owe no money to briBerk.

It was extremely frustrating to spend so much time trying to resolve an issue that should have been closed after the policy cancellation and submission of the requested documents. My experience with customer service and the audit process was poor, and I felt the communication was repetitive and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend biBerk.
