biBerk was great to work with. Usually these internet insurance companies have no one to talk to, but Justin Oliver proactively reached out to me and was able to double check my professional with the underwriting before we finalize the terms and insurance coverage. He was very responsive and communicative, and he really knows what needs to be done! I would recommend biBerk and Justin Oliver to all business owners out there!

Matt Thompson made purchasing a workers comp policy a pleasure. He was quick and efficient and before we ended the call I had a certificate of coverage in my inbox!

I started a policy with biBERK three months ago and was dropped out of the blue, with no renewal offered. I never even used the insured vehicle — it's been sitting the entire time — and I gave accurate information on my application.

Worst of all, they dropped me on the 18th and then withdrew my next payment on the 19th. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them.

Terrible customer service, 3 years straight with them and always paid premium in full but if you need to get ahold of them good luck and if you do get to speak to a live person good luck understanding them.

This encounter with the company was undoubtedly one of the most negative and overwhelming conversations I have had in a long time. I received an email regarding an application and naturally contacted them to inquire about further information. I was routed to speak with Mercedes, who informed me that calls are recorded. I am grateful for this information, as her customer service skills were severely lacking. She hardly provided me with an opportunity to ask my questions and frequently spoke over me. When I asked her to calm down because her mannerism was unprofessional she told me she was calm…
But the truth is that she had a very aggressive personality. I was merely calling to inquire about the status of my application and if I’d get further information. The information she provided was generic at best.
In this day and age there are many individuals who are in need of employment and are exceptional employees who would represent the company positively no matter the outcomes of an application. Mercedes does not exemplify these qualities at all. This experience highlights the importance of providing exceptional customer service. If she’s a great rep then perhaps she was having a horrible day.,,because I’d hate to imagine this is her demeanor in most instances.

This company does not care for small businesses at all. I have been with them 6 years and one day they asked for a tax return and raised my policy 4x the amount, also charged my company $970 because they said the insurance for the last year should have been higher. They claim my insurance is based on income alone and any increase on income would increase the policy amount. I was never told this and I talked to them multiple times to see if there was a mistake and none of the agents show they care for the situation at all. To them a small business like myself meant really nothing. I asked for cancellation of the account because I get quotes from other insurance companies for a fraction of what they are charging me and the agents I talked to made no attempt to match the quotes or tried to keep a long term customer, they simply acted if a small business would have zero impact on their business and they just don’t care if i stay or leave. If you’re a small business owner, steer away from them. You will get the same coverage at a fraction of the price they would charge you.

The associate, Matt T. , was very helpful with answering our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products involved and very expedient in the process to meet our needs. This experience exceeded our expectations. Thumbs up. Like.

I had a great experience shopping for insurance with Mr. Gornell. He was friendly and patient. I plan on brining my other policies over biberk once they expire.
