Very bad experience with them after staying for morenthan 3 yrs they just kick you away without notice just to make reason to raise rental.

BetterHomes has been managing a few properties for me for sometime now. While they have always been very professional, the quality of work received upon Luke Fernandez assuming the accounts has been unparalleled. Consistency in high quality levels of clarity, communication, and recommendations made this an amazing experience.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Better Homes. Despite clear terms in my agreement, I encountered a significant lack of transparency and fairness in their dealings.

Firstly, the involvement of a third agent was never mentioned to me initially. This omission led to an unexpected and unfair distribution of the commission. The agent took 50% of the commission, leaving me with only a quarter, which is not aligned with the agreed terms. This calculation seemed unreasonable and unfair.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with a response that did not address the core issues. The handling of my case by Better Homes' team, including their CEO, did not reflect the professionalism and integrity one would expect from a reputed firm. Their support for their sales personnel in this matter, despite the evident discrepancies, was particularly disheartening.

My experience has left me with a profound sense of being taken advantage of, and I am disappointed by the lack of respect for the contract. I will not be using Better Homes' services in the future, and I would caution others to be vigilant when dealing with them to ensure they do not face similar issues.
