I recently called for a homeowners insurance quote and purchased a policy underwritten by Travelers the same day, paying the annual premium in full. Two weeks later I see, only on the Travelers website, that I'm being billed an additional $123. Apparently, CapCenter gave me an early quote discount I was not entitled to. Where I come from, when you make a mistake, you suffer the consequences. CapCenter feels I should suffer the consequences for their mistake. I've worked with two levels of customer service with no satisfaction. This is not a good way to do business. I liked the idea of dealing with a local company but it has not worked out well.

Capcenter is filled with pro’s who work fast and are not charge excessive . When they work they are very friendly in nature . I really recommed them.

As a first time home buyer Capcenter made the process very easy. Answered all my questions in detail and promptly. Everyone I was in contact with in the mortgage department and the realtors I worked with Brian S. and Dorian B. did a great job in making the home buying process a breeze. Will work with them again.

Capcenter has treated us very well! I recommend them to everyone we can. We have worked with CapCenter twice for buying a home and both times was a smooth process. This is our second experience with CapCenter. The level of customer service far exceeds any other mortgage company that we have worked with. They are very professional, quick to respond and Extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Josh Gravitt, James Anderson, Kira Payne and Tyler Sanders who helped us from start to finish. What a fine team! They made our entire experience stress free. And most importantly who wants to pay closing costs? There are no closing costs at CapCenter! Last but not least …everyone loves the free pie you get at Thanksgiving! ❤️

Very easy to deal with. Very pleased and will return for refinancing.

First and foremost, the house was under contract in two days. That proves Cap Center's excellent marketing skills.
Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time.

Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.

My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter online, through the online portal, or phone calls. Everyone was polite with how sometimes they had to explain things to me a few times because of the way of my war disabilities. I am glad I can give you five stars, and we are already referring CapCenter to our friends and anyone who wants to buy a house (I would say our enemies, but we don't have any...).
