Leef properties are great. The process is straight forward and I moved into my new place in a matter of weeks. Excellent service all round.

Heather at Leef Properties is truly outstanding. She is incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Her outgoing nature and genuine care make every interaction a positive experience. It’s clear she takes pride in supporting others, and it really shows. I highly recommend her!

Heather was lovely. Very helpful and explained all I needed to know. Showed me all around the apartment complex and let me know of any caveats.

After endless apartment viewings i finally found one i love but more so i absolutely adored Heather who so kindly shown me around and answered any questions i had. She was a absolute star and cannot thank her enough!

I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Leef Properties to think twice. My experience with this company was nothing short of appalling from start to finish.

Throughout the tenancy, maintenance issues were consistently ignored or delayed for unreasonable periods of time. Problems that directly affected basic living conditions—such as mould and general disrepair—were not treated with the urgency they deserved. This left the property feeling unsafe and unhealthy to live in, which is completely unacceptable for any tenant.

Customer service was equally poor. Communication was difficult, responses were slow or dismissive, and there was little sense of accountability. Instead of addressing concerns properly, it often felt like issues were brushed aside.

The situation became even more frustrating after moving out. The company attempted to withhold the deposit and make claims for damages that simply did not exist. This resulted in having to go through the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and complete a statutory declaration process, which took an additional four months to resolve. This was an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming ordeal.

Overall, the entire experience was deeply disappointing. Between the lack of proper maintenance, poor communication, and the issues surrounding the deposit, I would not recommend Leef Properties to anyone. I would certainly never rent through them again.

They are great company to deal with , the maintenance team responded very fast to deal with any issues

This agency is a SCAM!!!! Do not waste your time here! False information provided on the website about the properties with prices not relevant to the actual properties. Extra charges of £334 for a checkup if you are eligible to rent the apartment which they say is non-refundable (WHICH IS ILLEGAL - TENANT FEES ACT 2019).
When we asked the agency about this they didn't answer clearly.

What was also surprising is that the landlord apparently wants to chatge us extra £50 for a balcony and £100 for the car parking (where on the website was said it's included in the price).

The Leef Properties is a SCAM!!!!

We asked residents on this block (Marlstone Avenue, Manchester) how is it living here and those who rent from Leef Properties said we should leave and not even try renting from them as this agency is a SCAM!!!!!!!

BE AWARE OF LEEF PROPERTIES!!!! BIG SCAMMERS, LIARS, SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!

This will be taken forward, for misleading, advertising and giving false information!

Claire was very nice and she gave me genuine recommendations. We took time to view the properties and she suggested possible furniture layout and ways for me to feel cosy/safe. I appreciated her help.

Heather showed me around a few apartments in Manchester this afternoon and was an absolute delight to be around - full of character and made the viewing experience as easy and stress free as possible! Heather answered all questions and followed up with me too after leaving the viewing, would definitely recommended Heather for anyone looking to rent/buy. A true credit to the company!

Sarah was really nice and informative. She gave me a run through of the information i needed and any questions i had.

Been a tenant for Leef Properties for almost 3 years now

They are a wonderful letting agency, they deal with any problem asap.

Heather my area manager who does my property inspection is absolutely professional in the way she hands my problems or corcerns I might have. (if I have any)

I met heather over 2 years ago when she was training with Claire, I met heather again to hand the keys back for the property heather was brilliant I think Claire has trained her too well, as she’s seems a little better than Claire haha, (sorry Claire your just as good)

I have been in contact with Heather through out my moving process, she has always been available with any queries I've had. I made my moving process simple and smooth.
