I dealt with Ajay Barua at Better Homes. The entire process went very smoothly and Ajay went one step further to ensure I was getting the best unit that fit my requirements. He offered very sound advice throughout, was highly responsive and very patient! Thank you Ajay!

Worse experience ever spent 2 hrs in there office they took all my payments immediately and later call me they can’t do the ejari. Why take a clients money and the commission when there is an issue on the property. Why not do your homework before you take money from they customer.

Better Homes was forced on me as management agency by the bank. They did not act in my best interest. Just want to earn money, don't provide adequate service for it.

Her performance from start to finish has been outstanding. She has been helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the initial viewing till the transfer. She always had the answer to any question I had right away and definitely did her due diligence on the unit she was selling.

She was also extremely helpful in helping us navigate the entire process of buying a unit when the seller has a mortgage on it, and has explained the entire process of this clearly and patiently.

We have bought a 1Bed in Burj Khalifa through her and I believe it was the best deal in the current market.

Terrible company. We put an offer on an apartment, and the agent told us the seller rejected the offer and told us what they would accept. So glad we stuck to our original offer, as it turned out the seller had agreed to the price and the agent was mis leading us, and not telling us the truth.
We did not find this out till later on. We used them to renew the rental agreement and this time the agent was incredible rude, telling me I am not the only one who is busy. I will never use this company agwin.

During the last three months i have worked closely with Francesco to sell my unit in Torch tower. Francesco negotiated the highest achievable price. I then purchased two units in the Marina off plan and Francesco was able to get the best layout and floor. This was only possible because of his connections with the developers and knowing/understanding when is the right time to go ahead.

I am extremely satisfied with the result and the energy and passion that Francesco has, clearly shows he loves the job.
I would strongly recommend him, he has extensive knowledge about the secondary market and off plan opportunities.
