Buying a home in Dubai felt like a wild ride until I met Christie and Kerriann. These two are absolute gems! Christie knows the Dubai property scene like the back of her hand, and Kerriann is the queen of details – nothing gets past her.
They really got what I was looking for. Christie found my style and budget straight away, and Kerriann answered my zillion questions without breaking a sweat. I was pretty impressed with how quick their responses were, no matter the time of day.
So if you need someone to help you navigate the craziness of finding a place in Dubai, hit up Christie and Karianne. They’ll sort you out and make it fun too. Major thanks to these ladies for helping me find my Dubai home!

A happy Betterhomes customer
A happy customer, left Betterhomes this morning clutching a signed SPA for California Village.
After many months of searching for a property in Dubai, and far too many meetings with agents that failed to match up to their promises, we were fortunate enough to connect Monish Bakhru at Betterhomes.
If he is an example of the professionalism and integrity of Betterhomes agents, then you will be in good hands if you put your trust in them, as we have with Monny.
From the first moment we met him, to the collection of our SPA this morning, every promise has been kept, communication has been clear and consistent and we felt we were treated like valuable customers for now and the future and not a means of meeting a monthly sales target.
This was our first experience of buying off plan, as well - and he's guided us through that process, explaining what will happen and what to expect as the build continues.

Excellent experience with Niks
We were helped by the agent called Niks, he has been incredibly helpful and thorough and found us the perfect home to move into! He has been fast to reply to our messages, and accommodating for all of our requests. Overall a brilliant experience, making the whole ordeal of moving much easier to go through!

I contacted the company to rent a townhouse the agent who answer was very polite he try to connect me with the concern agent who didn’t answer then I got his number and I call him but no answer I texted him in WhatsApp but no answer next day I called him and he answer but he ask me to send him WhatsApp I did with no answer I called no answer I just got a call now after 5 days and informed me that home is rent it out and he ask if am interested in other one!!!! Hell no not with your agency very bad experience

Most caring, honest and professional Agent I could find !
Their Agent was immediate to respond, very courteous and punctual at our appointments. I never felt pushed and very quick I felt that their Agent really cared about my needs and wishes as opposed to just rush to conclude a deal. I really loved the properties we saw and was ready to conclude, but the Agent first made sure I am 100% sure that the property I selected was the one I really needed to be happy in the long run. And so far it fits the bill 100%! Angelica was honest, experienced, professional, caring and super helpful! Highly recommended Estate Agents!

Better Homes is the most professional & ethical real estate company. Syed Wajih facilitated us in all the aspects until we finalized the property. Later Mr. Nowar Khaldi from clarity Conveyancing Services ensures both seller & buyer goes through property transfer process seamlessly. Better Homes Dubai.. a horrible experience
Better Homes Dubai is one of the worst company to deal with. We were forced to take their property management services because of our home finance from FAB with whom they are linked. Recently my tenant moved out of my property and BH did not do any professional job in this handover which resulted in hiring third party company to complete the maintenance job. Their staff Rania was very unprofessional and never responded to our calls and messages. They are charging us heavy annual fees but without any services. So pls beware of using this company services as they just a name and complete rip off.

Ghina is the superstar who helped me find my new home in Dubai! 🌟 She was able to make the house hunting fun.

Very poor property management specially your employee vijay. I wonder why such reputable company hires people like her. Very bad customer service skill, shouting at client over the phone which i take as verbal abuse. Stay away from this property management. They handed over unit very dirty. No consideration at all.

To be honest, my experience with Betterhomes LLC and your agent, Georgian Daniel Nedelcu, was highly disappointing. Initially, he reached out and presented several properties that seemed to align with my interests. However, when I sought further information regarding these propositions, I was met with silence. I even made an effort to follow up, thinking perhaps he missed my initial message, but still received no response.
This lack of engagement and follow-through seriously makes me question the professionalism of your agency. Buying property, especially in Dubai, is a serious endeavor that demands trust. This unfortunate experience has left me feeling insecure and completely deterred from pursuing a purchase with you, especially in a foreign country.
