The advisor on the telephone dealt with my policy change quickly and efficiently. He was polite and made sure I was happy with the amendments, the only downside is it cost me over £100 to change my address

Today I spoke to Marcus on the phone in order to change my address details on my policy. Earlier in the week I spoke to another agent and was awaiting a call back from her which I never received. However today my call was handled quickly and efficiently by Marcus which was a much better experience than being told the matter had to be referred and I would receive a call back at some point. The address was changed and extra payment made over the phone in 5 minutes. Thank you

Very good company to speak to

This year my premium was lower than last year. The person dealing with me was friendly, helpful and efficient. I am sceptical and dubious with any insurance company (having had bad experiences), but my faith was restored. I can't say how they perform in the event of a claim and I hope it remains that way. I will always compare prices, but this year, BG were the most competitive.
