Really easy process, breath of fresh air being able to speak to someone clearly over the phone rather than an AI generated system or outside of the UK call centre. Being able to use the WhatsApp service for any questions and requesting a call back works really well, it gives you time to think about the quote before committing to a policy. Josh was very clear on the call and would definitely use his services again in the future. Just hope the after services are as good as the initial sales service, if they nail that then I will be using their services again.

The agent we dealt with (James) was polite and helpful through the process of gathering our details and providing quotes for insurance. We weren't able to complete the process in the first call and agreed a time for James to call the next day. That happened as planned. I did look for a few comparison quotes to the one offered by Insurance Revolution but didn't find any cheaper quotes.
