I have just taken out an insurance policy for my driving school car.
I spoke to Zak initially and he was very helpful and informative. I was impressed with his customer service skills.
After speaking with other insurers I decided to opt with BG, not because they were the cheapest (they weren’t - all the quotes were pretty close) but due to Zak’s extra helpfulness.

When I called back, Darren helped me get the agreement completed and he was very helpful too.

I had to make a change to the proposal and Lucy made it easy for me - BG certainly has some great customer service workers!

I hope I don’t have to use them for any claims, but if I do I’m hoping the service is just as good.

Renewed my insurance with Spencer today who made everything very clear, awnsered all my questions, exatramly friend and helpful.
