Wont refund full price
The parts i ordered did not fit.
Not a huge deal, BUT, upon requesting a return + refund they only offered 85% of the money spent, which just makes them seem unprofessional. Also the entire progress of returning is handled through email, theres not a single Option in the shop page for returns.
Edit: I did provide pictures of the return, theyre just making stuff up so they dont have to fully refund me, dishonest and bad customer service.

It’s a great aluminum product it seems very nice and good quality, only thing I was little concerned was it took more than a week to arrive, which is understandable because it’s coming from overseas, that I didn’t know after I had purchased the item but I’m satisfied with what I have thanks and I’ll definitely buy it again

Purchased items because your ad said your stock is in your Australian warehouse, one week after purchase the items left the warehouse in excep the warehouse is in FN CHINA NOT AUSTRALIA ! SO 2WEEKS AND STILL WAITING
