Chaque vous que nous demandons un renseignement ou SAV, nous avons une réponse dans l'heure qui suit, réponse pertinente à chaque fois, et chose rare, nous avons un suivi de notre dossier pour savoir si nous avons bien résolu le problème à partir des éléments fournis.
Et tout cela dans un excellent français. Ca ne vient pas du bout du monde.

Had a small issue when installing front and rear cam, contacted support and discussed our small issue with agent Emma who was100% understanding and helpful. Emma quickly sorted out our issue, and sent us parts required.

Une fois l'achat effectué, j'ai été surpris par la qualité de fabrication de ma Dashcam Redtiger VC70 : plastiques, boutons, écran tactile, connectiques... irréprochables. A l'usage : Connexion wifi facile et ultra rapide et stable. Excellentes images. Contact avec le service client pour des questions : Incroyable. Réponse par email en 24/7 (donc de nuit comme en week-end) avec une amabilité et un sens du service au top

Rangefinder worked great and one day wouldn't recharge. Emailed support and a new one arrived about a week later!! I cannot stress how impressed I was with this. No hoops to jump over, no million questions to answer. Asked me to try a couple of things and were satisfied it was not repairable. Can't thank them enough!! Great service!!!! Cheers, David

My camera was nearing 3 years old when it began to malfunction (well past the warranty period of 18 months), and Redtiger went above and beyond to help me out, which I truly appreciate!

Shoutout to Emma who was the customer service rep I dealt with; she was incredibly responsive and made me feel like as a customer I was valued.

The dash cam is great, but their customer service is where the real value lies.

The Redtiger team is highly trustworthy. They provide genuine assistance to customers and respond promptly. I am very pleased with their service and support.

I have rarely seen a company with such high-quality service. Emma was incredibly efficient, providing clear and quick answers, and her out-of-warranty offer was very reasonable. Been using their product for years I had a issue basically the unit died after 3 years and they still honored and helped me out by getting a replacement unit out quick. Amazing people amazing company Thank you so much!!!

I bought a REDTIGER dash cam July 2022, it was working great.... until it wasn't. It stopped turning on and despite resetting it, I wasn't able to get it to work. I reached out to customer support, knowing I was well out of warranty and honestly just looking for advice. They gave me some steps to try and when those did not solve the issue, the offered to send me a replacement for free, despite me being well out of warranty. It was never my intention to get a free replacement, just looking for support and advice on ways to possibly fix before having to purchase a new one. The one they sent works perfectly so far and I greatly appreciate all their help and willingness

I have dealt with a lot of companies that deal with electronics. With rare exceptions, most are not very customer oriented. Most, if they provide a phone number, go immediately into leaving a message that they never reply to. Red tiger is the exception. They truly believe in customer support. I have spent a lot of time on the phone asking questions, asking for help and to my amazed, the service employees have had patience, understanding, and a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues to my satisfaction. I have to thank Yuda and Emerson for providing me with outstanding service with extreme patience. REDTIGER's Customer Service Team were amazing in helping me troubleshoot and resolve the problem that I was experiencing with my FN7P dashcam! I wish that more companies stood behind their products like REDTIGER does.

I have a red tiger dashcam purchased about 15 months ago. It started acting up a bit, so I contacted red Tiger. The support team gave me some suggestions, but it still acted up. The support team sent a new dashcam which arrived within two days. The new camera is installed now and working perfectly again. In addition to being a very good dashcam, Red Tiger support is outstanding.

They went above and beyond to help me replace a part that I had mounted incorrectly. They responded so fast to my questions and then ended up sending me the small but important part for free in spite of it being my fault that it needed to be replaced... Even after I told them I was willing to pay for it!

What made my experience great is that Redtiger raised the bar on customer service. Even though my dashcam was out of warranty they still connected with me and tried to make it work. They went above and beyond by sending me a replacement. They followed up every step of the way until I received the replacement and it worked.
Truly amazing customer service and product loyalty to their clients.
