I bought a $200 metal detector.
From this company, this unit has 2 faults.
It has a loose connection in the wiring and therefore gives a false reading.
And the assembly for the extention is broken and therefore I can not fix the extion in the required position.
I contacted the company and they told me to send it back and supply the post tracking number,which I did.
After several request for progress they asked for the tracking number again and again.
I complied every time. And now after several months they just ghosted me.
So now they have my money and my unit and I have nothing.

I ordered something on their site. I was charged but none of the tracking information was legit. It's a complete scam and I'm fighting it through my credit card.

Bought two Puppinpoint GPS trackers from this sham company. No app on play store, only a QR scan to download app identified as malware and would not install. No contact details on website, found it on PayPal when contesting charge. Even then they didn't respond until a claim was put in. Pretended to be Australian but wanted video of issue and to send back to China at my expense. Refunded by PayPal. Do not deal with these shonks.

I don't even want to give them one star! The product arrived and was obviously used! The customer service is non existent. I have sent 5 emails and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Brought a product which didn't even last 3 weeks ended up paying $156 tried to contact them couldn't find site that I got it from haha you don't get any paperwork when you receive product never buying online again been ripped off to many times and these people get away with it!!!!!!

the product they advertised at $270 ($135 with 50% discount which i paid). Make/model did not exist. Instead they "rebranded" a cheap Chinese alternative worth $30 and sent that instead. To claim a refund you have to send item back to China which is cost prohibitive.

POSTSCRIPT after 3 weeks of haranging customer support and sending an audio clip of the distorted sound coming through the phones.. they agreed to send a full refund...which I've now recieved. So a good end to a bad experience.

What went wrong is China's allowed to set up a fake website in the U.S. and tricking buyers into clicking on an outside link to complete their order.
If you re-entered your credit card info. a second time and clicked on the link... you better call your credit card company and get that payment stopped.
If you didn't click on that link, don't worry.
Call your card company and you will see that purchase is "pending" and not charged to your card. My card company told me it will eventually go away but I'm still watching my card closely.

Purchased something advertised as PurrGPS. The large size of the device (about the size of a large dial wristwatch --- thats just the device not the collar) along with the accompanying collar which was sized for a large dog, were obviously unsuitable for anything but a monster cat (perhaps it would fit a Cougar but no house cat that I am aware of). I was advised to return the package to China (at $CN50 expense to me) which I did in July '24 . Now nearly two months later my tracking label indicates that the device was received by Chinese customs a full month ago and there has been no response. I fear I will have to chalk up my expense for both the product and its return ($CN 50) to my own idiocy. Always question a product line that provides reviews but no evident way for a new buyer to register their own review.

I paid for a dog gps tracker and was told the charge would be $221. This company charged an extra $2.22 and did not tell me what it was for. My bank flagged it as possible fraud and ultimately shut down the debit card thank goodness. Upon receipt of the product, when attempting to load the app for it, my phone indicated it was possible malware. After multiple attempts to contact the company for return information I was told I would need to mail this back to a company in China for a refund. Buyer beware! If there was a, way to give this less than 1 star I would.

Purrgps tracker doesn't work/ fit and I'm already suspicious i won't get money back. There's no real contact info on the website, no tutorial videos... not looking super legit

Best Deals Max LIED. I purchased a tracker from them.
The product did not function as described. I ask to return the tracker after of a week of going back and forth over email. They agreed to accept it back as a return. But refused to pay for postage which was $61 for a 4.6 oz package. Also they want to subtrack the cost of the original shipping. The product was only $91. Therefore it would cost me more to return the product than the refund.

I tried to buy the PupPinpoint tracking collar, but my card was declined. When I called my credit card company, they confirmed that this is a known scam website, and told me to avoid them!

This company is patently scandalous. Ships from Hong Kong to a storefront in Illinois. Cheap products with users’ manual in Chinese. Went through hell trying to return product for refund. They expect you to bear the costs of shipping it back and then they will consider a refund. American Express handled it a refunded the full amount. Buyer beware of those cheap prices

Ordered Pup Pinpoint gps tractor. Device came with instructions in Chinese. Went down hill from there. To get assistance I was requested a video of it not working, shipping label, pic of device #, indicator light video, provide APN, MCC,MNC numbers by inserting card into MY phone. HELL NO!!! Item came from L.A. area in California but wanted me to send back to China but couldn't guarantee a refund. $119 gone. Wanted to warn others of this company.

SCAM SITE!! My father purchased a product from this site. They never sent a confirmation order. Looking into it it turns out they are a scam site that you get sent to from an affiliate link. The Site was well put together

I bought the Puppinpoint gps tracker.
When I received it I tried to contact the company which supposedly offers 24/7 service but there were no agents available. The device i received looks nothing like the product I ordered, there are no instructions and when i did a search the product I received looks like a cheap tracker instead. There is no copy of the invoice or order with the delivery making it nigh on impossible to deal with the company. Great reviews were the reason I bought the product, now I am doubting that they were real.
