Ordered a Smart Notepad. Came with a pen that does not have mouse capabilities as advertised, no capacity to download software. completely fraudulent product. I basically paid $300 for a paper note pad. No capacity to return. DO NOT USE

I ordered a headphone "Echopert" limited offer at 89 euros (real price 179). I received another headphone on the market at 49 euros !!! They answered me once but now total silence. I havn't checked before : my mistake. Don't order with them !!

I ordered an Eyviola back in early July. The charging cord doesn't fit properly so I contacted the company via their website. On 7/11, I got an email from Melissa at Customer Star requesting I send a video of the issue so they could better understand. I sent to them that same day and haven't heard anything since. I have followed up on my email to her numerous times, and submitted several new contacts to them via the website. (BTW, the only way to reach them is submitting a form from their website. There is no phone number to call). If they don't respond, you are out of luck.
Given that I haven't been able to use the product yet and the hassle factor, I am now requesting a full refund.
I believe their customer support function is a scam. I would give them a zero if I could.

I ordered a battery powered radio, paid for it. 10 days later i got an email that the item wasnt available in the color I ordered. The friendly 'customer service' offered me 3 options:
1. Wait for the Green ZeffyFlix to be back in stock (approximately 3 days), and we will ship it to you immediately once available. The standard delivery time after shipping is 7-15 working days.
2. Change your order to a different available color, and we will ship it right away.
3. Cancel your order for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.

I chose Option 3 sensing the scam.
Next, I got an email saying my refund had been processed via Paypal (which was NOT my original payment method).
Next I got a (fake) message from Paypal saying my account was blocked and I had to click further to reactivate it.
Total scam, from beginning to the end.
Shame on you...

I only gave 1 star because I had to give something. I ordered some shilajit almost 2 months ago. In the delivery notification it said they tried to deliver it but that is bull crap. I ordered it to my work which is open 24/7 , I have been messaging back in forth with the delivery company and still no delivery. I have been messaging back and forth with best deals and once in a while they send a email back saying sorry for taking so long , but I still don't have my product. I have asked for a refund and still just get an email how they will look into the delivery. This place is the worst online experience I have ever had DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them.

RUFFIPUP $159 Dog Bark unit and absolute rubbish. Does not work at all and low quality item. They do not reply to emails sent via various links on their emails and website. This company is one big SCAM!

Never do business with these people. An item that doesn't work can't be returned. They'll provide a fictious address for the return in China, at your expense of course, promising a full refund including all handling. Or they will offer you a percentage refund - it continues to climb as you complain. If you do make the mistake of doing business with them, just call your cc company and report the transaction as fraud.

My understanding is that I bought from Top Deals Max, which seems to be also Best Deals Max. I bought ear buds, which arrived and were very bad audio quality, and I've been emailing for a week and still no response other than an automated reply each time. I'm looking for a refund. Over $100 and I have a product that's likely worth $25 at most.

I ordered colorblind glasses for my two kids who are red-green colorblind. What I received was two cheap pairs of purple tinted glasses. Garbage! I emailed them right away to try to get a return started and no one responded for over a week. I sent a new email and received a reply asking for a bunch of info, including a picture of the original packaging (plastic bag that I threw out). Once I supplied the rest of the info, they never returned any emails after 3 more attempts. I have another email out now but now I’m past the 30 day return window because they didn’t respond to any of my emails.

HORRIBLE company, don't reply to e-mails! Their website says that an item can be returned but clearly not due to no communication on their end. DO NOT USE!!!!

I ordered a $119.00 set of Dragon ski googles. They took the money but did not send a confirmation number. And after 3 emails to their "customer service"
I have not received any acknowledgment. So have turned it over to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
I belive this company is a scam period. Don't order anything from them.

Ordered a GaiaZest grounding sheet from this site. I’m in Canada and thought it was coming from the US but it came from China. It took 3 weeks to get here. I sent an email after 10 days asking about delivery and never got a response. Very bad, actually inexistent, customer service.
I’ve tested the sheet with a multimeter like I’ve seen done online and it does work. Will just have to see if my sleep gets better with time but so far, 3 nights on it and I’m more tired than usual. There was no instructions with the sheet. Should I sleep all night on it? Start with a few minutes and go up gradually? No information whatsoever.

I received a dog GPS from these people that I didn't order. It had no packing slip, nothing, to tell where it came from or an order no! I emailed with no response. But I get plenty of spam from them! I only found out where it came from by looking for the charge on my statements. How do I return this?!?

I ordered there because they had paypal as a payment method, which made me trust them. However, after my order I had a bad gut feeling, which led me to checking reviews.

I instantly wrote a mail to cancel the order, followed by 3 reminders, which were answered 1 week later, so I could not cancel the order.

The answer was polite and the following answers from their team were helpful.

As soon as I got a message from DHL for the package to be delivered, I refused the delivery online in the DHL portal, which led to the packages return home. A few days later, I got my money back.

As I did not receive the product, I cannot rate it. But its very likely some china shit.

Dont order there. Just order on amazon, the likelihood of it being available is very high, and also its probably cheaper.

My experience was 2 stars, since the refund was easy and the team was polite. However, Scam sites like this are a concept which I dont support, thats why I go with one star. If I could, I would even give zero.

Bought a puppinpoint GPS. Product is cheap, garbage. Terrible instructions, app doesn’t work. Tried to contact their website multiple times, zero response. Wish I’d not fallen for their sham great 5 star reviews on Google. They should be shut down and indicted! Will just write off the $119.00 I spent to a fools error. Don’t buy from them!! Scam company!

I bought a bidet from them. It doesn’t fit my toilet and have been trying to return it and getting the run around and completely ignored. Will be pursuing this until I get my money back.

I bought a trail camera from these people which never worked and I’ve been trying for months to contact them in order to return it and get my money back. They never reply.

Like previous reviewers, I wish I'd read these reviews before I dealt with this terrible company. I have sent my overpriced GaiaZest grounding sheets back to an address in China they eventually sent but sadly not expecting the $304 back plus the cost of postage to return the sheets, which don't work and were not as described on their website. Their emails wrongly state that they have 4.8 star rating on Trustpilot! Obviously not true.
