This company / site is a scam

We bought a PURRGPS for our cat becasue there is a terrific review of the product. The product was shipped to us from Hong Kong that took a long time to arrive. But it was damaged during shipping - soaked in water or some liquid. We contact the company, instead of simply switching the product, they ask us to send them photos and more info. Then the communication went silent for a month...Nothing happened.

Is this a scam . I hope uk police and gov not allow them to scam uk people

I bought a sauna blanket for £270 off this company and it doesn’t work. I have emailed over 10 times and had no response. I wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering. Please don’t make the same mistake and steer well clear of this scam!

This is a complete scam and I sincerely hope there are repercussions for these criminals. I bought a $200 digital notebook that was nothing like advertised, and doesn't work at all. When I asked for a refund, I was sent a joke of an email asking for reams of videos and photos to prove the item doesn't work. Based on some of the other reviewers' comments, I won't waste any more time on this as apparently they will do nothing about it, even after submitting proof of the defective item.

I wished I read the reviews before ordering from this company. It does not deserve one star. It deserves a zero place an order. Want to return the item. Email them five times still no reply.

Company is a joke! They say have 24/7 support but they do not. They do not respond to messages. The product was falsely advertised & now no one will respond to get my money back. Do not buy from this website!

Wouldn't even warrant 1 star the products they sell are useless. Waited over 3 weeks for product customer service terrible. Product vacumn sealer just does not work totally ignoring my emails not lost 85.00 do not use them they ate just terrible. 18th Dec was start of this problem still ongoing.

The sound bar I ordered was fraudulently misrepresented is almost every respect. The sound is terrible . . . worse than even the tiny speakers in the TV set itself. The "much proclaimed" improvement is enhancing voice was not even a joke it was so tinny! Finally, it can only be connected using RCA jacks which few newer TV sets still have. Another $179 lesson in consumer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to return an item and was told to pay the shipping fees that would be refunded to me. Shipping fee was $55. That was months ago. Still no response or refund

The headset I purchased did not work properly. I reached out to them and was asked 3 times to explain the problem and send photos. They never offered me a solution. It has been almost 3 months and I have not had the faulty headset replaced or refunded. I will never buy from them again.

The white noise machine I bought was defective. When you contact them for replacement or eventually a refund, they send you two lame emails requesting photos, shipping information, etc. It is all an act. They'll do nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.

I purchased a pair of binoculars before Christmas for my husband and I was supposed to get them by Christmas this year. They never came and no information can be found when I put in tracking number. I ordered a trail camera. It is not what was advertised and basically a piece of junk. I can not get in touch with the company to return the product. I have sent several requests to their customer support department and they have not responded.

I have just bought and received dog clippers I purchased from this company . I paid $139 for a Half price deal so their value was $278. The product that arrived was a different brand . I looked it up and it was a Temu product worth $22.
The clippers were supposed to have ceramic blades . One side is cheap metal the other plastic . There is only 3 different blade not 5 as advertised. Do not buy from this company .The brand of clippers and type I thought I was purchasing does not exist . They put many fake reviews on their site for their products .

I don’t think they even have a customer service department. If you order from them you are throwing your money away. They promised to update me on shipping for something I ordered early December. They have not. They do not reply to phone messages or inquiries. Never again.

This website is a joke be aware I would not buy anything from here unless you like donating your money. Says they have customer service…Bull they never respond and two months now I have waited for a pair of ear buds. Would definitely back out and shop elsewhere
