Dodgy travel company
A dodgy company who are not being straight with customers about refunds. If you have a holiday booked to the UAE and the Foreign Office advise against travelling there, invalidating your insurance, Best At Travel are now refusing to confirm if you will get a full refund. This is against the law, but they don't seem to care.

At the present time, the FCDO advisory warns that the situation in the Middle East remains unpredictable. Should this be updated to advising against all but essential travel to the region, then of course the situation will be reviewed and in line with our obligations under the Package Travel Regulations refunds will be issued.
Rest assured there is certainly no intention to be evasive as we understand how important it is to have clear communication, especially concerning travel plans and evolving advisories. We are actively reviewing our policies and communication procedures to ensure we provide the most accurate and transparent information possible to all our valued customers. Do not trust this company
I am in the same situation as probably many others whom have used Best at Travel.
I had a holiday cancelled in April due to the war and was told I would get my money back but it would take time and had an email sent to me saying the end of June. At the end of June I got in touch and they then changed it to the 17th August to preserve the ongoing operations of the business.
I complained stating 12 weeks was long enough and I wanted my money. Surely they have insurance or ways of getting the money back and if they have it and are holding the money of all the customers they must be making a fortune in interest. Mine was over £9200 and I need the money.
They said they would pay it early and pay it 17th July ( even though it wasn’t early it was 4 weeks after they previously stated)
17th July I got in touch and they have now said August. Are they going to change that date also ? I do not believe a word they say. I would advise not to trust this company with your money. Their customer service is also terrible. I had no correspondence from the company from the cancellation (April) till I got in touch with them at the end of June to tell me they were changing the refund date.
Am I or any other customers ever going to get there money back as at least one other review on here is struggling to get over £9000 of there money back that Best at Travel is holding.
