COMPLETE scam

COMPLETE scam. Don’t be fooled! There’s no place to cancel in app or website. I sent an email canceling and each time it came back BLOCKED. I clicked something else according to their instructions and got scammed when yet another charge. I’ll be telling everyone and reporting them as well.

Scam

The ad described the app to help and guide you with fasting. All it does is show you an intermittent fasting clock that you choose. It doesn’t suggest one. And it’s one of those that has a million add ons and takes forever to get through because it wants you to add things to pay more. They won’t refund me after I quickly realized it was just a scam site. And it had signed me up for a monthly charge so be sure to go in and cancel. It doubles in price and will auto charge you.
Their team replied saying they can’t refund because it is a digital product. And you have to pay extra for anything they said in the reply below

Terrible

Terrible. I cannot cancel! It is impossible. I sent an e-mail 24 hours before getting charged and of course got no response and they are trying to charge my bank. It is so ridiculous. It is a scam.

I have some issues

I feel scammed. I selected a one-month subscription for €12. Before the full month had even passed, I was charged €30 today. It was impossible to cancel the subscription. The app also works poorly and does not function properly.

This is misleading and unfair to users. Do not subscribe. They replied that they would not issue a refund in my case, even though I would never have agreed to a €30 monthly subscription. How can money be charged from my personal card without my clear consent?

There was no clear information that this was a long-term recurring subscription. The app itself is not worth it — the same recipes are repeated and the content is very limited. There was also no reminder that a payment was approaching.

Overall, this feels like a deceptive practice.
I am waiting now for refund. The client support answered to my case. I hope they will solve my problem.

I do not have a subscription / account with this company, yet I have had multiple transactions debited from my account by BEST.ME FASTING.
I will be reporting the company for fraud.
I have been trying to contact the company for the last 3 weeks to get this resolved but still unsuccessful.
After reading numerous negative reviews about the company it seems that it is a complete scam - subscription or not.
Support team - so far, non existent!!!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, which I sadly realised too late. In the FAQ there is a screenshot how and where to cancel your subscription but in reality that menu point does not exist...ridiculous.

Once again I fell for a Facebook ad

Once again I fell for a Facebook ad! My entire experience was ridiculous, when trying to get a diet plan, I just kept getting rerouted to upgrade. They continually wanted more and more money! I fortunately paid with PayPal and I was able to get my money refunded from them but I am still unclear as to whether or not my subscription is cancelled. BEWARE!

Another scam company

Another scam company. I signed up for a trial then clicked upgrade to check the prices and I was charged $19.95 3 times. I disputed this with PayPal but they were useless and stated their terms and conditions show the sign up was correct. There’s no customer services. I’m sure they will answer here but as usual it means nothing. Do not use this app anything you touch to take a look they charge $19.95.

Not Recommended

That is really strange app.
You can’t find cancel Subscription easily and trying put the way I pressed a button and immediately 20€ deducted from my account!
Never again!!!
Also when you want to unsubscribe there are comments coming up giving you feeling’s like ashamed to stay in your current weight!

Beware!.. this is a scam just as other users have written about.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING with this company!
Sneaky and underhanded with deliberately confusing subscription processes- and then have the audacity to come back at you for not reading their purposefully convoluted and hard to find fine print! Your problem not theirs! Disgusting behaviour.
Absolute rip off!

They have just asked for more information from me… even though I have emailed them 3 times ( no response) and will be reporting them for taking money out of my PayPal account without my knowledge- my supposed ‘subscription’ after a 1 month-
only sign up!! SERIOUSLY!!

UPDATE… a refund has been provided and my issue around this subscription process has been resolved. Thank you!..however this whole situation could have been avoided if your online subscription process was less confusing and any recurring costs were highlighted.

A shocking scam company who lure you…

A shocking scam company who lure you into a discounted 7 day trial (which in law means you have a coolng off period during which they should refund your money) . However, in reality what happens is they immediately charge you for additional services, which you did not sign up for, and there is no way to get your money back or cancel the scam. Eventually, after repeated attempts to contact them, they did send me links to cancel some of the erroneous services but they have point blank refused to refund me almost 50 euros of services which I did not request or use. I have contacted my bank to block them as this scam company continue to charge even after you cancel. Disgusting and despicable scam company and we are pursuing legal avenues to bring them to justice.

You'll end up skint via regular use

An absolute minefield of an app absolutely riddled with one click purchase buttons where a misclick whilst using the app will land you a seemingly endless number of extortionate monthly subscription extras. In following their instructions when trying to cancel a subscription a ended up paying £17/month for a shopping list and £17/month for a fasting timer? I feel like I've been scammed.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. They get you with the low price of the subscription which just basically gets you a clock and weight loss tracker. Literally anything else like workouts, nutrition, coach, prolly writing this review you have to pay for. It's ridiculous. Also, it's impossible to try and cancel. I'm still trying to figure that out.
