Beware of this company

After choosing all of my ingredients and paying for ONE MONTH only, I received my recipes with hardly any of my choices and with loads I hadn’t selected. When requesting a refund I was told no. I then noticed in my rejection email that they had signed me up for a monthly subscription of $40!!!! Beware of this company!!!!

Such a SCAM!!!!

This is completely unacceptable. Their interface is designed to mislead users; placing a subscription button without a clear confirmation step and using tiny, illegible font to hide the price is a deceptive practice. I only clicked the button to explore details, and I was charged immediately because the terms were intentionally obscured. I didn’t accept any refund policy!! Because they just put a button after my first trial purchase, as premium option and they caught me because I thought it will take me to some detail information about the premium option.. they cannot charge anyone with one button click!!!! Because they already have my credit card information doesn’t give them a permission to charge for the extra services that I didn’t confirm to purchase!!! They didn’t want to understand the situation and keep sending the same reply to me maybe 4-5 times… They’re just a scam!!! Don’t trust and purchase their service!! I should check here before I purchase their base trial offer!! They scammed me!!
Addition: still sending a fake reply!! I did send an email after your reply but no accountable response!! Don’t purchase their service and/or make that mistake to explore their service.. they charge your credit card if you sign up for trial… such a fake and scam

HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL AND DISGRACEFUL

Even giving them 1 star is totally wrong. What an unethical group of people, really disgraceful. I can use very strong words but this is a public platform, that said please do not fall for this even if it is a trial like I did. They will charge you again cos they do not send you a reminder email that your trial period has come to an end. Then on their app there is no unsunscribe button, then they will send you an email with the link to unsubcribe, which will just lead you to your profile, yup the one that has no unsubscribe button. Then you will be in this loop for 24hrs until you decide they are really not worth the €40 you paid. Then you will cancel your credit card and get a new one. This is after you have had a very bad headache caused by this run around. So unethical. Also, there are so many things you must purchase within the app, not worth your time. A horrible bunch of people who I have no idea how they sleep at night. Imagine working at a place like this! SO RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. ALL THEIR COMMENTS ARE HORRIBLE EXCEPT THE ONES THEY BOUGHT. YOU CAN TELL THAT THE GOOD COMMENTS ARE FROM THE EMPLOYEES OR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. SO RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

Total scam. Stay away. If they have your CC number I advice to cancel your CC immediately and get a new one. Impossible to cancel (let alone get refunds) once you're in their system

I absolutely love that I get a timer

I absolutely love that I get a timer, a workout plan and meal plan with recipes. I have already lost 3 lbs in 3 days. Can’t wait to keep going. I love that it also makes me weigh myself every day so that I can see my progress. It just makes me keep going

Purchased the 1 month option on Friday

Purchased the 1 month option on Friday, what a waste of money. Declined all the extras, for €13 I get to click to start fasting and end fasting and a suggested meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you don’t like the meal you can opt to change but you have to upgrade,
I have blocked any further payments to this company, couldn’t be bothered looking for a refund.
Don’t buy this app.

They charged me without my consent

They charged me without my consent. I will never purchase anything through instagram again. I signed up for the $7 trial and after sign up they ask you to upgrade to to premium at least a dozen time before advancing you to the the app and giving you the ability to track your fasting goals. I said no every single time. I woke up in the morning to see they changed me $19 which I never consented to nor did I go through the steps of paying through Apple Pay which requires my retina to pay. Scam company and I’m contacting my bank.
