I have bought many custom belts and shoes and jackets from Benheart and I love them all. Recently I ordered two belts and they arrived and they were a bit too tight. I sent them a picture of me wearing the belts. I emailed customer service and they immediately mailed me two new slightly bigger belts to the USA.

La cerniera del mio portafoglio ha smesso di funzionare circa tre anni fa. Purtroppo questo prodotto non è più disponibile, ma il gentile signore mi ha offerto una sostituzione. Personalmente, non penso che le offerte di sostituzione fossero belle quanto l'originale, ma è stato un gesto gentile. E, quando mi hanno inviato la sostituzione, hanno incluso anche un regalo. La mia esperienza qui è stata davvero positiva, avrei solo voluto che la cerniera del portafoglio avesse retto perché mi piaceva molto. Sono degli Stati Uniti, quindi ho tradotto questa recensione su Google, spero che venga recepita bene.

I bought a beautiful leather jacket 7 years ago and I remembered at the time that they offered a free repair service. Well, I had a few small issues with the stitching on the pockets and I messaged Guiliano (Customer services) before my recent day trip to Florence who confirmed it could be repaired on the same day. True to his word the jacket was returned fully repaired. Really great customer service with good messaging. Thanks again, really glad to have my favourite jacket back so promptly that n top condition!

Great customer service. I had to exchange the jacket for another size. Giuliano was very helpful and I was able to get my new jacket in no time.

Received incorrect size. Customer service reached out personally and had the correct size shipped. The initial issue was related to miscommunication on what email to address to send returns to --- use customerservice@

Excellent customer service when I had a small problem with my purchase. They went out if their way to sort it very quickly before we returned home to Australia. Beautiful bags, jackets and shoes.

I bought a pair of Benheart shoes while vacationing in Lucca, Italy last year, and I fell in love with them. I live in the US so they're more expensive, of course, to order from here - but I think they're worth it. On my next visit to Italy, I'll visit a Benheart store again.

Amazing service and leather products. Marco and Duccio were very helpful in choosing leather jackets that fit our personality and style. They took their time in showing us multiple pieces and made sure we loved them before purchasing. On our way out, we met Ben Heart himself riding a bike making a quick delivery to the store. I showed him my jacket and he took the time to show his family photos that were on the inner lining of my leather jacket. Overall— phenomenal experience!

Marco and Ducco helped my gf and I choose the perfect jackets. They were both very nice, patient, and explained the quality, fit, and different styles of leather very well. Will definitely visit again when we’re in Firenze!

BENHEART is made up of the most WONDERFUL people. I truly love working with them, they always respond super quickly and will move mountains to accommodate any requests I have. I only buy leather goods from them because the quality is absolutely beyond compare. Shoes, wallets, belts, wristbands, jackets, bags, literally everything they sell is incredible.
