Benheart Anmeldelser

Great in-store service and shop/staff personality. Great product, quality and style.

I visited the Milan store and had a wonderful experience with Teresa. She made a belt for me and also bought a beautiful cross body bag. Great store!

Love the boots, the fit and style is wonderful.

Last year, when visiting Florence, our tour guide suggested we visit Benheart for leather goods. We had the best time looking and then trying and buying. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. So, when I needed a pair of ballet flats, I knew where to go!

Their attentiveness to detail. Their efficiency. How expeditious they were. How caring about my needs & willing to offer different venues to assist my experience. Efef was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them! Happiness is…benheart!

Purchasing from Benheart was such a great experience. I bought a jacket and noticed there was a slight tear on the pockets after a few days of wearing it.

I contacted customer support and communicated with Giuliano, who assured me that this sort of issue was not common. At this time, I had already returned from my holiday back to my home country. Giuliano then proceeded to send me a replacement jacket free of charge.

This type of customer service and product reassurance is amazing! I would highly recommend Benheart to anyone.

Laura and Khalid have been absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. I will certainly be a repeat customer whenever I come back to Florence!

I bought this bag in my vacation and then at home after two month there was a damage in the bag.
I contacted Benheart and they really quickly solved the issue and the service was really exceptional and I am super happy and satisfied.
Thanks a lot 🙏🏼 I just love this bag so much 🥰 and happy to have it back again
