This company is dire, I ordered 3 sports bras that took ages to arrive. I was not sent any confirmation of the order but the money was taken out of my account.
The order finally arrived but the sizes were not as advertised.
I requested a return and was told that a solution would be to find someone in family to give it to or send it back to China.
I just do not know how they can get away with it, especially as there is nothing on the advert to inform me to return the item to China if it is unsuitable

My heated gilet goes from full heat to lowest heat within 5 minutes and without me touching any of the controls.
I never received the user manual as stated on the website and I’ve come to the conclusion that the responses I got from “Emma” were AI generated as none of the answers were appropriate to the questions I asked.
I will never buy another product from this company. I need my heated gilet to stay warm after my cold sea swims so this product is useless!

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered slippers on 1st October with about 10 days delivery period. They did not arrive and my many emails as to where my delivery was, were answered with 'Be patient.' There was a problem with the courier, so my item was returned to shipper. I asked for a refund under the Cinsumer Rights Act 2015. Again I was told to be patient. They sent them out again. After another couple of weeks, the courier said the item was list in the system. I should contact the shipper.
I forwarded this email to be told again 'Be patient. It was now 12th November. Again, I asked for a refund. No response.
I then contacted my credit card company who resolved things for me.
I learned a lesson. Read reviews before you order.

Definitely a scam. My order never arrived, I asked repeatedly to identify where it was and resend or refund - they ignored every request and kept trying to direct me to the courier, whom redirected me back. They lied and said delivery attempts had been made and refused because I no longer lived at the address (not the case). Wouldn't resend or refund - I've had to open a credit recharge case against them, which will take eight weeks.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE!!! My review appears to be one of many showing the same trend…. They deal in FAKE products!

Would be zero stars is possible, Pokémon cards are all fake and a waste of money

This company BELYSER is a scammed. Once you got your money, you will never get a hold of any customer service if requiring a refund for either A FAULTY, FAKE or USELESS product they sell.

I could have read the reviews first before buying from this shameless company.

The product is not as expected and despite easy returns being one of their claims, returning items is made very difficult.
I would not order anything from this company again

I ordered an item as described below:
"Multi Purpose Safe Mandoline Vegetable Slicer." It arrived badly packaged and broken. I managed to put it together but while using the Mandoline it fell apart again. I would like my money back. Order number: 07-13712-55873." My email to the seller: belyser-shop.com was sent on 28.10.25. They asked for a photo. I sent them two, showing very clearly that the item is damaged, asking for my money back (about £6) They have now replied that there's nothing wrong with the item.

Judging by the numerous negative reviews regarding this company I think it's time it was removed from the internet. If you wish, I can send you the photos of the broken item. I shall need an email address to send it to (I don't use a mobile phone).

Since my last review re late delivery from Evri, and damaged product. The response from this company has been excellent from Emma . She has gone over and above in her excellent response to my damaged product. Happy now, as she assures me replacement on its way. Excellent service.Thank you

I ordered Pokémon cards not realising they were fake, I emailed to cancel and refund 8 minutes after the order was placed and have proof of the time of order and contact, this SCAM company is trying to tell me it was after 30 minutes had passed and they do not cancel/refund any order if it’s more than 30 minutes after it was placed.

Very dirty business tactic if you ask me but they also lied about the time it took me to get in touch to avoid cancelling. Luckily I have proof of this but many others won’t.

Do not give this company any business they are frauds.

Worst possible experience!
Received an item that was nothing like advertised. Bought a sensor outdoor porch light, the light that arrived had no sensor! Their customer service is clearly AI and after numerous emails back and forth we’re now trying to escalate the matter from AI to a (human) supervisor. Which has so far proven impossible.
Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER.
We ordered a hair dryer set for our granddaughters special birthday. It arrived in a plastic bag, no protective layers and the product box was squashed. When we looked at the item, bristles are bent, the inner tray is torn & the slide switch is very stiff to move, it is in my opinion a poor quality 2nd hand item. I have emailed them many times for a credit or replacement but they fob me off with an AI generated letter & completely avoids the issue. They are without doubt a cowboy company.

If you order from this site you will only receive fake products there no good claiming there products are very high quality and there not there all fake telling people lies saying there real when there not they refuse to give me my money back would never order again from them and I highly recommend no one to order of this site ive contacted trading standards for this and I hope this site gets shut down

I placed an order on belyser-shop.com several weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. The tracking information hasn’t updated, and I’ve had difficulty reaching customer support for clarification. I’m still waiting for a response or delivery confirmation.

My order was a fake! I ordered a squidhmallow and it was less than half the size stated on the website and had no squishmallow label on it anywhere!
