Absolutely awful company. Fake products and awful customer service. I placed an order and after realizing the products are fake I emailed to cancel my order. This was done within 2 minutes of placing the order so I was well within their cancelation period as stated in their policy. Emma is now refusing my refund and saying I didnt cancel within the window of which I did. DO NOT USE!

My plug in heater arrived very late and totally unusable as the plug prongs were bent. Have sent complaint and photos and got no reply!

I orderd something without thinking then tried to cancel it few hours later but was out of the 30min cancel period.

I then tried to instantly return it but they never paid the customs charges so now I have paid £50 for an item I don't want and £16 for return fees and don't have the item or my money back (it's been three months)

Its a scam dont use it, they just took £268.21 out my bank but not all at once it has been done over a few days, SP BELYSER & SP AUPROBUY.COM,They must work together cause bank gave me a mobile number for them and it doesnt excist now that i told them i was ringing police, ive had to phone my bank and get my card stopped and ordered new 1, scammers are getting smarter but hopefuly 1 day they get what they deserve, the womans name was

Terrible company. Just wish I had read the reviews.
Ordered a fan. Looked tacky and not efficient. Requested a return as was within the 30 day window. Was given an address and sent the package tracked. Chased up the refund and apparently they have no record of it and this is not the official return address.

WARNING….Do not buy from this company! They don’t get any stars but I had to give one in order to comment. I ordered some ‘orthopaedic’ shoes and what arrived is cheap tat from China. Nothing like the shoes on the website, but they fob you off with all sorts of rubbish about standing by their products and ‘give them a go’. There is no way you will get your money back, so don’t even bother trying. STEER CLEAR! In fact they should be reported to Trading Standards.

I tried to return these items. Although not defective (which I made clear) they were not suitable. On-line consumer regulations give you 14 days to return regardless of reason. Emails from 'Emma' ( a bot) telling me I really didn't want to return items. Would be funny if not so frustrating. My advice: don't bother with this company.

Requested a fan for the summer, they make the bold claim that the item is delivered.

They try to assure me the responsibility is in the hands of a mysterious courier who already delivered a package which does not exist.

Company is not wishing to accept responsibility for failure on their part to deliver nor willing to provide any refund for the services they failed to render.

Ordered a can opener. Haven't got it bot called Emma fobs you off avoid.

ordered a robotic dog for my daughter when it arrived it was squashed into a bag (no box) it looked nothing like the product they described, one of the legs was broken and didn't even work. very unhappy!!!! would not recommend this company at all to get any products

Ordered an item and it arrived as cheap tat, faulty and not what was advertised.

Keep saying i cant return for a refund as the postage would be to expensive to China, which I was happy to pay.
Please dont order from this site, you may as well just burn your hard earned cash.

Poor. Ordered items 10 days ago - no communications, no order confirmation but they have taken payment. Have emailed three times to customer services but no response.

Avoid buying from this company!!! Ordered 2 blades units, both arrived not working. Customer service give the runaround, saying send a video. Video sent, then say they've passed it onto the team to look at fixing. Not sure how this is possible. They then reask for the video. When saying you've sent the video they then email asking to keep all emails in the same thread. This is what's been done. Asked for refund, they state 30 day money back guarantee. Takes over 24 hours for each reply. Can't see me getting money back. Stuck with 2 pieces of junk that'll have to be thrown out and out of pocket. Do not buy from these.

Don’t buy from them!
No customer service. No returns policy. No refunds! They advise you to keep the items because returns are in China so the cost is more expensive than the item.

Scam, do not touch! Chinese based company with a virtual office address in USA. The email responses are from a BOT and don’t make sense. Avoid if you want to keep your money.

Please don’t buy from this company. As others have said the delivery time is excessive, you can’t do returns as it would mean posting back to China. Their stock photos are from other sites, the quality of the tap I bought isn’t great! Read Trustpilot first

Fell into the trap of thinking this would arrive in time due to website stating deliveries were “5-7” business days. Ordered on the 6/8/25 and checked tracking provided on the 18/8/25 to discover it’s in China still. I’m UK. Needed car seat for a trip. If I’d known it was going to take this long I could have ordered the same item for much less on Temu. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it.

We ordered and paid for a dog bed , which looked perfect looking at the pictures on the site. It was meant to be with us within 5 to 7 working days, it took 16 days, ie 11 working days to arrive and when it did arrive, it was not like the pictures, it is very poor quality and not fit for purpose. We would not recommend this company or their products 😕. Very disappointing to pay premium price for poor product, next time we will shop at the local pet shop.

Avoid at all costs. Echoing the experiences shared in other reviews, this company is not worth your time or money. If something catches your eye, do yourself a favour and find it elsewhere. The product I received was laughably poor given the price, and the service was equally disappointing. Trading Standards should seriously investigate.
