I ordered Pokémon cards from this shop online and they were all fake. The packs had all been opened and resealed, some were upside down in the packs and were so obviously fake. Contacted customer service and they were pretty much zero help.

Avoid at all cost. They seem too good to be true, they are.

Avoid. Scammers and sell fake products. I was skeptical by their price tag of phantasmal flames at 24.90 and my concerns were proven correct. They are selling fake cards as legit. You can even tell they are fakes but i took them into a local shop to confirm my concerns and i was correct. To the untrained eyes they are decent fakes and look legit but to a well seasoned eye they are clearly counterfeits. Currently in the process of getting my money back from them through my bank. I have also emailed them and tokd them to refund me or they will be reported. Update still no money back and they asked if it had been unopened and unused for next steps. Clearly no intention of refunding, so i babe reported then and with be reporting them to tcg? If thats the right way round. They need to be shut down.

I hate that I have to give them at least 1 star. 0 stars. This is a company that is selling fake goods. They ship to you from inside the UK and after a lot of emails to and fro, request that you return their worthless product to China, at your own expense and at a price point that deems it not worthwhile. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a solar lantern from this site which didn't work. Quite a bit of back and forth trying to get my money back and ultimately they've told me I have to send the faulty product back at my own expense...oh and that's to China...

Don’t ever think about buying from this site the cards we had received are fake and they have no return policy so there’s no point asking for it truly from the deep of my heart don’t buy anything form this site . Waste of time and money .

Scammers shifting fake products with auto generated emails

Ordered Pokémon cards for my friend. I don’t collect them or know much about them but googled “Pokemon cards” and Belyser was one of the first links that came up…

I ordered a box of them and they looked really good. I wrapped them up, gave the to my friend and you can’t imagine my embarrassment when they opened the pack and informed me they were all fake.

How embarrassing.
I double checked the website and nowhere do they say “proxy” or “fakes”.

This shouldn’t be allowed. If I could give zero stars then I would.

SCAM company selling knock off products. I bought a pokemon booster box, all fake. Returns and customer service is useless. Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not buy! They have made up cancellation policy and cards are fake!!!!

AVOID. Bought heated socks, it didn’t mention anywhere that there wasn’t a battery pack included (it said requires batteries, but there is nothing to attach them to). It is now 4 weeks since first contact with their bot, I’m just £30 out of pocket. I should have stuck with the tax dodgers of Amazon, at least their returns policy works.

Do not order from this site! I feel daft for not properly scrutinising, but in the rush for christmas I purchased some pokemon cards for my son. The box arrived beaten up due to improper packaging. I emailed them but received no reply. Sadly, the cards turned out to be counterfeit and almost identical cards in each and every pack.

Sold me a fake Cam Squishmallow £25 - no label or hangtag, also item has a hole - therefore defective. Receiving standard response emails from Emma the bot when querying a return, same email over and over.

Despite knowing its a bot i have persisted stated I wanted to speak to a human and now received an email saying I can return the item to the following address which is in China and not as er there address in Laguna Beach in America:-

Fake items
I purchased an item which was described as an official product with official label and hangtag (a squishmallow).
Whilst the item received is a very good copy, it is most certainly not an official product.
When I questioned this, customer services completely ignored the point raised and instead pointed out that I could return to their overseas facility at a high cost!
Product quality is fine - just know that whatever you are buying is probably fake even if it's advertised as official or genuine!!!
