Excellent service, great communications. Fantastic product. Works perfectly on our windy deck.

I ordered a cantilever parasol online from Belveo. The order process was pretty straightforward, and i received the parasol, base and cover in about 4 working days. The delivery service was very good, and i put the Parasol together the following weekend. Only once it was set up i realised the canopy colour was Taupe and not the Charcoal Grey as ordered, so on the Monday i contacted their customer service team by e-mail and within the day they had ordered a replacement canopy to be sent out. The initial service was good, and the mistake rectified swiftly. Great service, and now i have a spare canopy as well.

The Parasol seems to be well constructed and was easy to assemble and operate.

Still not got goods despite being promised for 23rd May.

Good quality umbrella and strong base. Hopefully will do better than previous umbrellas.

Superb quality product. Ordered a wheelable base with it as a bundle. Would have given it the full five stars if the installation instructions had been clearer.

Well made product, well packed and very quick delivery but the instructions were a little confusing - they also responded very quickly to a support request so well done for that!

Great efficient service and quality product. Certainly a two man job to get everything together. So far have only used twice , impressed with the break back system on the parasol.

I chose this parasol for its unique windproof technology and also as it was the only company I could find where you are able to purchase spare parts, which is true sustainability. It was easy to order and the delivery service was very good. The parasol was easy to assemble and is very good quality, overall, I'm very pleased.

Great product and well organised delivery!

OK. So I purchased the cantilever square parasol with the wheeled base this time last year. We don't have a huge garden but enjoy our outside dinning area and bistro table and chairs making the swing round facility perfect. Unfortunately we also suffer from high winds so other purchases have proved useless. Not so with the Belveo. Enjoyed all last year without having to keep taking down and at the end of season was able to move easily for winter storage. Moved back and opened up today and is just perfect again. Highly recommended well worth the cost.

Easy online ordering and at our home address within 3 days ! Product quality is superb… we ordered a 3mx3m cantilever parasol with base. We couldn’t be happier, far better than the local garden centre tat.
