Sent me a clothing item that is only fit for the 'rag bag'. Dreadful fabric, mismatched pattern and amateur stitching.... offered me 100% credit for their store when I complained! As if I'd want more rags!

My order was placed over a month ago, Despite several requests l have not received any update! Evri say that they have not received the item.
Very disappointed!

Do not buy from this site. I paid.£45 for a linen effect graphic pattern low waisted sleeveless dress. When it arrived, it was a 100% shiny white cheap tacky polyester dress with black printed stripes. I wouldn’t have paid £5 for it! As with the previous reviews I wish there had been some truthful information about this company, and getting a refund will probably be a nightmare. I noticed that the company is not replied to any of these negative comments. I wonder why?

SCAM - Would give zero if I could. Kick myself for not reading the other reviews. Took weeks to arrive, terrible quality jumpsuit like a cheap tent material, requested return/ refund ... continued offers of keeping item I did not want and giving me a gesture refund 10/20/30% ... finally an offer to return the item but it would cost me £30 (estimate) which is more than original £29.99 item cost. Absolute scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - beyond annoyed 😠

Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I have been unable to return and get a full refund on a dress that I ordered and have reluctantly settled for a 30% refund as I’ve been told that’s the best they can do despite advertising that a full refund will be given within 14 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a pair of dungarees. They didn't say they were coming from China. Item arrived after 2 weeks. They were so cheap and nasty we didn't take them out of the tiny bag they came in. Trying to return as per their 30day guarantee but they are not interested unless send back to China. They are not fit for dusters. Avoid at all costs.

The dungarees I ordered are far from the dungarees advertised online. Poor quality, poor fit and not even the same print.
For the last few days I have been asking for a refund. I have been fobbed off with promises of discounts and finally I have been offered 30% refund. !!!

The dress took a little longer to arrive than I expected which was a shame I was kept informed though so I knew what was happening.

Despite checking their return policy before ordering I have spent 2 weeks trying to activate a return of a dress that was very poorly sized, and not a good match to the (I now realise) AI generated image on their site. Have finally given up and taken a 30% refund. Usual China product/can’t return issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

If there was a no star option I’d have chosen it.
Quite simply this so called company is a scam.
My item has not arrived (I don’t believe it was ever sent) nor have any of my emails been responded to.
I should have read reviews before I bought, as apparently, when items do occasionally arrive they are of extremely poor quality.

Don’t touch these scammers.

Advertised as a UK based company, however, the dress I ordered was torn was terrible quality. They say returns are easy, however, after 2 days of email negotiation, I was offered up to 30% of payment return or pay the cost of a return to china, which was more than the cost of the dress I had purchased. A complete scam and I see that they also brand themselves under various names…DO NOT BUY!

Delivery took a little longer than expected, but I received updates along the way. The midi dress was lovely when it arrived and I'm really pleased with it. Definitely worth waiting for.

The dress I received only loosely resembles the dress depicted in the merchant’s product
photographs. The appearance, quality, fabric and overall construction of the garment received are
materially different from the product I believed I was purchasing based upon the
merchant’s advertising. When contacted they banter back and forth offering store credits and partial monetary refunds. Not once did they ask to see a photo of the dress I receive. They know they are selling rubbish. Their website is misleading, they are not UK based and they hide behind the small print.. despite consumer rights. Don't send back items at your own cost. If you're rejecting the item because what they sent isn't what you ordered rather than a change of mind situation, they have to pay for the return ... that's consumer law.

ORDER THE DUNGAREES WHAT A JOKE . NOT AS DESCRIBED TERRIBLY QUALITY STILL TRYING TO RETURN THEM . GETTING IN TOUCH WITH HMRC AND REPORTING THEM

the dungarees I ordered are cheap and nasty and absolutely nothing like the photos on their site, To return, one has to pay postage back to China which in itself is extortionate. they're not even good enough to go to a charity shop!!

Not in UK. Product cheap, badly made and does not look anything like the picture. Awful customer service - requested details to return five times and they just keep offering a discount on another item. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I would not order from here. The sizing is off, the quality is poor, does not arrive like the photos they show on there site. The website says 30 day money back guarantee but this is false as they then tell you the cost of shipping back to china is down to you even though they are meant to be UK and therefore should have an outlet you can return to here and get your money back. They offer you credit and to keep the item that is awful which no one wants. Do not waste your money and order from this site. I won’t be making that mistake again. I paid £45 and being offered £4.50 as a goodwill, when I have bought something that is of extremely poor quality, even sent photos to show how terrible the finishing is on the dress. Very disappointing!!
I have gone back and forth with them, I have given up and just accepted 30% refund. However do not believe the 30 day money back guarantee. It is how they trap customers and you end up losing your money.

I wouldn't even give them a star. Firstly NOT based in the UK as shipping was from China and took weeks to arrive. The product arrived and was nothing like the photo advertised. What has arrived is nothing short of a bedsheet with flowers painted on like a child! Except my 6 year old could paint a damn sight better.
Bellthorne UK is nothing but an absolute con. Utterly disgraceful.

This is a scam company , avoid at all costs, the order that you think your getting is nothing like what arrives ! Then they argue with yuh about a refund , stating you can have a percentage , or send it back to china at your own cost ! Really cheap and nasty clothes !
