I placed an order with Belbexa in August 2025 and was aurtomatically signed up for a subscription. I cancelled the subscription on 27th August 2025 and received confirmation from belbexa that the subscription had been cancelled. In February 2026 I noticed that Belbexa had withdrawn £23.01 from my bank account. I subsequently received an order coinfirmation from Belbexa for the order that i did not place. I have written to Belbexa but they haven't responded. Be aware of ordering anything from Belbexa!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM - do not buy from here. It is impossible to cancel using the website and the only way I could cancel my recurring order was to block the company via my bank.

I cancelled orders from them in October 2025, then out of the blue in February 2026, they took money from my account!
Essentially, fraudulent actions - stay well clear

I have been trying to cancel my subscription to this website for over a month. I think they are a bunch of scammers. I need you to stop taking my money out of my account immediately

Signs you up for monthly membership without your knowledge. Very difficult to cancel. Had to cancel my card.

Balbexa is a complete joke and a total scam. It NEVER worked for me. I bought ONE pack one time and it was already a waste of money. But the real problem is the fraud after that.
Without my permission, they started charging my credit card again and again every month. I never signed up for any subscription, yet they kept stealing money from me. I didn’t notice at first and lost a lot because of these people.
Their Instagram ads are pure lies just to trap customers. They promise results and deliver nothing except empty bottles and hidden charges. This company is dishonest, greedy, and clearly out to fool people.
Time wasted. Money stolen. Zero trust.
Avoid Balbexa unless you want your card drained.

Shit product that doesn’t work then even after cancelling a subscription you never knew you had they continue billing!!! Avoid at all costs, scamming c&£ts

This product does not work and as others have said you think you’re buying one packet of the product and they set you up on a subscription. I managed to contact the company on their chat helpline as was laughingly told that they could not cancel my subscription due to an error on their computer system caused by a recent software update and would have to do so via a link on my original receipt. I told them I had no link so they sent me another. On using that link all I got was a run around the company web pages. I then e-mailed them stating I wished to cancel my subscription and wanted no more of this product to be sent to me. I had no reply so contacted my credit card company to put a block on any further debits. The company have again e-mailed me stating that my order is being sent to which I replied cancel my subscription as I do not wish to have this product, they sent me an e- mail stating my subscription had been cancelled but followed this e-mail with another saying the product had been dispatched to me. As each box contains 9 patches and claims to get rid of skin tags within 5 days, why would anyone need a subscription? Complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Ordered and billed in December, item arrived and effectiveness was poor. in January they billed me again! Avoid, at all costs!

This company does not respond to customer issues! The phone is always busy! E mails go unanswered

What a complete waste of time and money. Does not do what it says on the packaging.
Just researched and found out it is not recommended by the FDA.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They are real mothrefukers they charge you continuously every month. I spoke with someone by email, who said to me: Will not be charged anymore and surprise, this month I was charged SCAMERS.

Sign you up to a subscription without our knowledge. Emailed them and they said they will cancel. Our fault for not cancelling through the bank so another payment was taken.
Now cancelled through the bank.

SCAM COMPANY – Avoid at all costs
I placed an order with this company (Order #79360) and received nothing but false assurances and silence. Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and promises that the issue would be taken up with the courier, the product was never delivered. No tracking updates, no delivery confirmation, nothing.
What makes this worse is that they continued charging my card even after failing to deliver the items and after multiple emails requesting cancellation and resolution. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to take money without providing any service or product.
I have sent several emails (including follow-ups on 30 December 2025 and 12 January 2026), all of which were ignored after initial responses. The company shows zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero intention to resolve issues.
Based on my experience, this company operates like a scam — taking money, not delivering products, and avoiding customers once payment is taken.
Do not trust them. Do not subscribe. Do not order.

Fraud company. I ordered a product as a one time purchase. They added it as a subscription. After the 2nd charge, I contacted them to cancel. They emailed me confirmation of cancellation. 3 months later, I see they charged my paypal account again. I contacted them and they reply that due to an error on their end, I was charged again. I disputed with Paypal and Paypal denied because Belbexa disputed me asking for a refund. It makes no sense, they admitted the charge was their error but will not agree to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY
