This company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered patches last year, unfortunately I didn’t get around to trying them, so can’t comment on the quality. They have started a subscription that I have not authorised. I’m very frustrated about this. There should be criminal charges in place for companies that do this, after all if it were an individual they would be prosecuted. From the rest if the reviews, seems like the product is bad and they are using it to gain bank details.

They should not receive a star at all. They are a fraud .

I ordered one last year and they put me into a subscription. I immediately cancelled the order and the subscription.

They still processsed the order , the subscription was cancelled last October itself.

Then all of a sudden they charged my credit card in Feb end on their own and activated a subscription, processed the order and charged my credit card.

I again cancelled the subscription and received an email that it was a mistake on their side and that the money will be refunded.

It is 2 weeks now and no money is refunded yet. Moreover they have been storing my credit card details indefinitely when I do not have any order and no active business relationship.

They are committing fraud .

Product is rubbish !

I ordered in October 2025 originally as a one off and NOT a subscription as I was skeptical of its claims. Tried it,made no difference at all.

I heard no more from them until this 3rd of this month when they invoiced me again, I contacted them to tell them I did not subscribe and to refund me, they responded quickly to say they had cancelled. Since then have had several emails telling me product is being shipped I have responded to each advising I do not want it and that you had confirmed cancelled. My bank have put a stop on future payments but cannot claw this one back apparently. Today I have another email saying my order is being shipped. I have responded again to say I do not want it do not ship you should have cancelled as you confirmed

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION

Although I’ve given Belbexa a 1 star, it’s not worth it. I don’t have an account with them a subscription but they have just taken money out of my account and are sending me something I did not order. I would like their email address to contact them but can’t find it.

This is not acceptable and there should be some kind of consequence to this action.

SCAM! Run! I cancelled my subscription with them because the product was horrible and didn’t work. This company went ahead to restart my subscription a couple months later! When I complained, they claimed it was a system error and they would give me a refund within 14 days. It’s been 2 months and they’re no longer responding.

This is a scam. I didn’t sign up for this prescription. Shocking that they can do this. The patches don’t work either. Cancelled with my bank and emailed them to stop but not heard back. Avoid at all costs

This store creates subscriptions without consent and offer no customer service or ways to cancel. I've had to engage my bank to try and block the merchant.

I did not sign up for a subscription but here we are. I have notified the company but surprise surprise the cancellation button is not working.

SCAM do not deal with them. I purchased one item and was auto subscribed which I cancelled the next day. Tried taking money again and my bank has now blocked the.

Wish I'd checked these reviews. They're a scam company, and they activated a subscription I never paid for.

I mistakenly signed up to receive a box. I received 3, cancelled my subscription twice, and still received 2 more boxes. Now I have 9. I am going to have to cancel my card to get rid of these people, plus, their product does not work. I am furious!!

Cuando haces un pedido ellos te suscriben al producto cada tres meses y aunque canceles la suscripción y te la confirmen la compra se vuelve a generar ,no me di cuenta cancelar también en paypal el pago automatico. Ahora estoy intentando que me cancelen el pedido nuevo que se ha generado, segun ellos por un error . NO COMPREIS NADA EN BELBEXA.

SCAM COMPANY! They activated a subscription that I did not sign up for - charged my card - admitted fault and now they refuse to refund me.
Sent numerous emails and received no response.

Belbexa is a Chinese company, which is no surprise. I have 'cancelled' my account, but I am reading that many cancel their accounts and the crap keeps arriving. My next calls are to my two Senators and my Federal Representative. I will inform the Governor's office as well.

I wish I had checked the reviews for this company. I always usually do but didn't this time and I am now getting money taken from my bank account. Please can I ask how you are all getting your money back?

Wish I could give ‘0’. We cancelled our subscription and had email reponses from the company saying it had been cancelled - but have had 4 payments taken and are disputing this. Don’t start with them they are not supportive
