Right. Ive been reading all these reviews and they're saying the same thing. And I know purely nutrient read them because ive seen their reply!

I didnt want a subscription. The option was so very sneakily hidden at the checkout. Ive tried to cancel it immediately. I've already had one of your emails bounce. So you'd better be replying on here to give me piece of mind that MY subscription has been cancelled!!! Absolutely fuming. Scamming is not acceptable in any country! You are literally criminal!!! And I personally couldn't care less if your product is magic. When I get it, it will be on my shelf as a reminder to never order from you again!!! And believe me when I say I will PLASTER social media with a campaign informing people of this bad experience if you dont cancel this subscription IMMEDIATELY.

I was charged without placing an order, and it appears a subscription was created without my consent.
Attempts to contact the company have failed so far.
The charge has been reported to my bank and is being handled as an unauthorized transaction.
If this is happening to multiple people, it clearly needs immediate clarification from the company.

Subscribtion isn't advertised and rather hidden. You are checking out as a one time purchase without any word of subscription. There's fine print under the Pay Now button which I found later once I got charged again that says: Some items on your cart may be with a subscription. No transparency, misleading and I consider it Scamming! No refunds and cancellation is another headache! They wil not cancel your subscription and asking to do it on their webpage. When you Cancellation, the option dose not work. Don't do it folks.

Scam. When you opt for buying 1 bottle you subscribe for monthly supply without knowing it and there is no way to cancel it, other than contact them by email which takes days for them to check. They respond with generic emails and both comments here, so they know full well what they are doing.Product is shipped from CHINA so I hope they are checked how accurate their marketing of source of this black seed.

I made a one off purchase of their Ethiopian Black Seed Oil capsules. I bought a five month supply (5 bottles for the price of 3). They signed me up for a subscription that I did not want so they are now sending me a five month supply every month and I cannot cancel the subscription they say they can but you go around in circles and they are not responding to emails saying their email is full. Beware!

I suffer from fluid retention & inflammation. Within 2 days my partner noticed a massive difference. My legs slimmed down. The bloating was gone & I generally felt lighter with a lot more energy

Tried regular black seed oil years ago and it did nothing. This one actually feels stronger not placebo.

I ordered blacked oil in February that was never delivered I have emailed multiple times with same reply that sorry it's shipped and delivered i continuing shutting the same nothing has been delivered there's no phone number for me to contact someone

I did not authorise a subscription and there is no information on cancelling. They have taken three payments I keep getting monies taken from my bank for multiples but have only ever received one item from the original order.

Hidden subscription and a very poor cancellation system that sends you in loops of emails offering discounts and longer time between deliveries, with each email they send not having a reply system so you start again. Totally unethical ! Feels like an absolute scam. Deeply regret ever buying from this company .

Tried cheaper black seed oil before and felt nothing. This one is clearly more potent.

Didn’t expect the energy boost but wow no more 3pm crash lately. This black seed oil is way more concentrated than the cheap one I had before.

I used to wake up stiff every single morning, especially my lower back and hips. After about a month on these black seed capsules, the stiffness isn’t gone but it’s way better. I’m not reaching for ibuprofen every day anymore which is huge for me. Shipping was fast too, arrived in like 4 days.

I have twice received an order I specified I no longer required, and have been charged twice.
I messaged saying that I have attempted to unsubscribe and stated very clearly that I NO LONGER WANTED THE PRODUCT.
However they said that as payment was already pending they couldn't do anything

SCAMMERS! I was enrolled into a subscription I was not told about, and then billed for a second bottle of Ethiopian Black-seed oil (50$ Canadian Dollar) I tried to cancel and couldn't. Sent an email and received an automated message saying that this company's inbox was 'full'.
This is a SCAM. SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT order anything from them! For shame!

I purchased the product, and found no true benefit. They have a recurring delivery every month. I tried to email them, but they have not responded. I have no phone number to reach them, and I am frustrated by the lack of customer support.
