This company uses an agency who cold-call random numbers to try to get leads. The agency uses an AI agent. They use fake inbound numbers. They call people who are registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

This sort of behaviour should not be condoned. Avoid using Homesure.

I originally posted this review on 10 February.

TrustPilot contacted me say that Homesure are claiming that I have posted the review against the wrong company.

I am certain that it was Homesure that contacted me. I spoke to two different people who identified themselves as being from Homesure. A salesman called me from her mobile and gave me her name. I called Homesure on the landline number published on their website. The woman who answered the landline confirmed that the salesman who contacted me works for Homesure.

I'm glad to see that Homesure now accept responsibility for using an agency that cold calls people who are registered with the TPS, after initially trying to claim that I had reviewed the wrong company.

Unfortunately, it is impossible for consumers to identify the agency involved as they use fake telephone numbers and refuse to identify themselves when asked.

I would not do business with any company that tries to get customers this way.

Excellent service, start to finish. The salesperson Andrew was very informative and helped us make the best decision for our situation, Mark kept us updated throughout, Julian and the team were all very friendly and worked around our young family. Amazing customer service, great quality, highly recommend.

We had 6 window repaced excellent service. Excellent team from sales representative, surveyor,and installers highly knowledgeable many thanks to Sam and Jamie friendly and expertly installed cleaned up after themselves. Very helpful could not have asked for a better couple of installers.would recommend this company to anybody looking for new windows.

Great service.

The guys turned up, when they was ment to, they was polite and nice chaps.

Well I had my windows fitted year ago, the guys Duncan and Julian worked so hard, in really cold wet weather.
They worked so well together, team work , just perfect really grateful how fantastic. My windows look, they came and checked them on the first anniversary,
I've notice the warmth, from the window given by my new ones.
Just love my windows and thank you to Home sure windows fitters for all that hard work and care.
Now today stephen arrived and fitted my new front door.
He took care working in horrible weather again, but made a fantastic caring job again.
Making sure the door is perfectly fitted,
Can't feel any drafts.or see any daylights.

Homesure was exceptional! Our salesman didn't sell in ways I'm used to; he listened and gave us what we wanted. There were no hard sells or pressure put on us. The product stands up to the price; we felt the service matched this. The installation was fast and professional. Can recommend this company for their work ethic and quality. If you want quality and professionalism, you do pay a bit more, but it is definitely worth it! Very happy indeed! :-)

They are a very impressive company. After our initial enquiry they got back to us quickly, sent someone round to assess and give us a quote who was very friendly and informative and despite the winter weather on a horse yard where it was muddy and cold, took a lot of time and trouble.
The installation was organised promptly, beginning a few days before Christmas 24, the weather was wet and muddy and the house chaos but they worked really hard and never complained.
The work was carried out to a high standard and all the follow up phone calls were friendly and made sure we were happy.
The price was amazing, and a year on we are very pleased.
Everyone we have dealt with has been informed, friendly and helpful and I have recommended them to others and certainly when the time comes my wider family will use.

The whole process from start to finish was so simple and straightforward. Every single person was polite and respectful, work was completed to a high standard and on time. Exactly what we wanted and hoped for, we're not cold and drafty anymore. The house looks fab. Thank you

Finally a trusted window company you can rely on.

After using multiple window companies in the past with pushy sales tactics and ridiculous reductions in price in the matter of minutes. We decided to choose Homesure this time to replace all 3 of our doors.

They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fair prices, no pushy sales tactics, they were in and out in 30 minutes. The rep was very courteous and polite and the installer was thorough yet quick. He also fixed a few other things for free around the house too as he had spare parts on the van.

Phenomenal company, we will be using Homesure for the forseable.

The two man installation team were really great. They were professional and after an excellent installed left everything clean and tidy. Really pleased with their attitude, approach and work.

Two guys arrived, Julian and Duncan. Had total confidence in what they were doing as they installed 2 doors and 11 windows with no fuss . Their work was clean and skillful and they didn’t cut any corners. They just got on with the installation, were polite and put up with our friendly dog who wanted to see what they were doing

Had the lovely Julian and Duncan out this week, I cant praise them enough. Both where wonderful, efficient, polite and very professional. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job and transformed my home.

On initial consultation we didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the product that we chose Cody and Phillip were very respectful gave us a number of options to choose from answered all our questions and gave us time to consider what we wanted to do before proceeding with our purchase.
The surveyer was friendly professional and discussed various options with us.
On the day of the fitting the team who arrived from Homesure were friendly respectfull and professional throughout sheeted down and prepared for install in every room prior to starting cleared up throughout the install and worked Brilliantly as a Team workmanship was faultless and took everything away at the end of the install . The only issue we had after they had gone was the back door started sqeeking on the hinges we contacted the company spoke to Rebecca who arranged for the problem to be resolved in less than 24hours no issues since .we were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the product and would fully recommend Homesure Thankyou Homesure for the service you have provided.
