Am pleased with the product
Am pleased with the product. The shoes have that new diesel smell but are well padded and have broken in nicely after a few days. They seem like great value and I will be purchasing again soon in one of the more casual ranges. They could do with ditching some of the cheesy slogans on the side of some of the trainers as that’s a bit of a turn off for me anyway lol

Amazed by these trainers. Quality is excellent as is the comfort. And yes I get a confidence boost courtesy of the height increase. Cannot fault. Will ship again.

wrong sizes, no response!
Two orders, two wrong sizes, they don't respond to their e-mail. They don't respond to their contact form, their phone isn't working.
No return instructions on their website.
EDIT: Regarding their reply - I tried to return the shoes well in the 30 days period because they are WRONG NUMBER. Without working email and phone is impossible.

I can see you placed 2 orders of the same shoe and size 3 weeks apart. We cannot accept returns after the 30 days for both shoes as this goes against our generous policy that beats even the big shoe manufacturers.

I can see you only sent one email on Friday 21:15 not repeatedly, our customer support aren't available on weekends as indicated on our auto response reply email and to expect a reply within 1-2 working days. We sent out a paid for return label for you to return first thing on Monday 8:11AM and now you state you cannot return the item in the foreseeable future. We have no problems with that as you have 30 days. We believe in doing fair business. Thank you for your feedback and custom.

We have sent you an email to help out and waiting for a reply so we can help you out. Also regarding the height we can confirm we do not have 6cm of the Z-strip and can guarantee the soles are 8cm and described to the size as accurate product description is something we take care on, Nevertheless we have reached out to see what we can do.

Great shoes, good service
I would give 5 star but they were a little delayed in dispatching my shoes. Didn't dispatch same day before 4pm as stated on the website.
However I have to say the customer service response was good, apologised for the delay and offered to refund the cost of delivery which was fair.
The product itself it really good, surprisingly a great fit which is rare for me when shopping online. The shoes give the height increase they are designed to and are comfortable. They feel high quality and will hopefully last, very stylish, would recommend.

Brilliant shoes
I didn’t have high hopes mainly because of the low price how wrong was I , I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly very good quality and design I got a few compliments about the style.
They do what they say over 2.5 taller and so easy to walk in.

Ordered and paid for product 16 days ago still not delivered or any notification of delivery date ad gives you the impression they are a UK based company I don't think this is were the goods originate from I suggest you avoid this company at all costs
