Top qualité et tissus originaux
Bonjour,

Good and bad
I have a small business for custom sewing. I have ordered from Beglarian fabrics already 5 times. Prices are good but you have to order minimum 3m. They have good prices for natural fabrics such as silk and wool. I noticed that defects are often more dense than what they tell you on their website and I sometimes I have to discard even 20~30% or fabric to work around the defects. Also, fabrics can be visibly old (as if they were left in some storage for 20+ years) and easily tear when wearing.

Svar fra Beglarian Fabrics
Hello!
Thank you for your detailed feedback and continued business. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered with fabric defects, the need to discard 20-30% of material, and the poor quality of some visibly old or easily tearing fabrics. This is unacceptable.
We specialize in high-quality deadstock and conduct thorough quality checks upon receiving and before shipping every order. We assure you that our inventory does not typically include fabrics that are 20+ years old.
To help us investigate this immediately, please provide the article numbers of the fabrics you found to be problematic. We will review the information and address your concerns promptly.
Kindest regards,
BF Team

The fabrics were the right color &…
The fabrics were the right color & weight but I have an issue with the invoice. The invoice includes the shipping cost ($75 USD) as part of the total cost of the purchase. I have to pay import taxes of 13% to the carrier. Every time I order I am paying $10 to customs that I shouldn't pay. Shipping shouldn't be taxed because it isn't a "good". Can you change the way you invoice so that the total of the goods is shown and not the entire order plus shipping?

Bonjour Helen!
Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! :)

Great online fabric experience!
Beglarian Fabrics have a great new website which is easy to navigate and the fabric descriptions and colours are as true to life as possible. After placing my order I was kept up to date on delivery, FedEx was my carrier as I live in the Canary Islands, through WhatsApp by Beglarian and directly from FedEx. Arrived sooner than I expected, customs can be a problem, and was well packaged. I’m absolutely delighted with my fabrics and will definitely order again.

The fabrics are amazing and as described on the website. Lots of info (detailed description, photos and video). Furthermore, communication via app is very quick and pleasant.
I dont allow myself to look on the website until my projects with the current fabrics are done, cause I get greedy. After that, I will definitely buy again.

One of the best fabrics supplier
When I first visited BF website, I was amazed by how much efforts they put into fabrics presentation. Photos and videos are especially taken for all of them, to help customers grasp the aspect and quality of what they're buying.
Customer service is amazing too. People there are adorable, they help you a lot and make sure everything is working well on your side.
But the real wonder happens when you receive your parcel. Fabrics are better than good, even after being washed ! They all come from deadstocks from upper brands, and you can feel it right away.
BF will now be my first reference for my future projects, and I can't wait to order other fabrics from them !
